Sky: Cloud Nine effect.
After the first 7 rounds, the challenger will choose the order for the next 6 rounds (an effect can last as long as the challenger would like, but no more than the given 6 rounds. After that, the home opponent (in this case, Neo) will choose a single weather effect to last the rest of the battle.
