‡ Pre-Round ‡
‡ Round 12 ‡
Skulli and her clone exchange knowing looks and peer back at their foe, staring the Spiritomb down. As Bloody Mary releases a bevy of Psychic waves in an attempt to overcome her foe, Skulli and the Mienshao clone wait until the last second before shaking free of the honey and Bouncing into the air. The golden honey gives a splash as Bloody Mary’s psionic waves collide with the ground. From way up in the air, Skulli blows her foe a raspberry. Sucker!
Bloody Mary: <-7 EP>
Skulli: <1 clone>
Gravity soon does what gravity does best as Skulli and her clone come whizzing down from the ceiling of the hive. Only the actual Skulli delivers the hit, channeling the downward momentum into a full-bodied tackle that causes the ghostie to wail in rage. Infuriated, Bloody Mary takes a random guess at which could be the real Mienshao… and gets lucky! She uses a Psychic assault to hoist the Skulli back up into the air before letting go. This time, without the ability to control her descent, she falls right through her clone only to land smack-dab on the ground. Ouch.
Bloody Mary: <-9 HP; -7 EP>
Skulli: <-14 HP; -9 EP; 0 clones>
Skulli pulls herself up and shakes off the honey. Okay, time to kick a little Spirtomb ass. Once again, she anticipates the next Psychic attack and uses U-Turn to zip right around the rippling waves, lash out with Bug-infused swipe and race back to her initial position. Bloody Mary is left blinking after that rapid whirlwind of movement. The hell?
The wasps strike with an awful buzzing drone and, given their typing, they do a fair bit more damage to Bloody Mary than to Skulli.
Bloody Mary: <-11 HP; -8 HP from stage hazard; -7 EP>
Skulli: <-4 HP from stage hazard; -7 EP>
‡ Post-Round ‡
Upcoming Field:
Ground Field: Labyrinth of the Kualas Minotaur
This labyrinth is almost impossible to solve yet after the many centuries it has stood the walls of it are now very brittle and are on breaking point. The maze has no ceiling to speak of so jumping on the walls to "cheat" is always a possibility.
Attacks powered up: Ground
Attacks weakened: Electric
Notes:
> So I was fiddling with the Round 1 post so I could get a copy of my reffing template for another battle... and I accidentally deleted it... oops! So if you're wondering why Round 1 is gone, it's 'cause I'm an idiot
