Welp, I'm not sure what 4/5 is in reference to, but Combusken was Paralyzed for a duration of six actions and was immobilized for two (33%) of them... which is actually good odds in your favour, Aye, because the probability for that is 25%. As for Accuracy, I didn't apply the Accuracy modifier to Counter because that shouldn't logically miss. Even if you're completely blind you should still be able to grab onto something big that hits you and throw it, which is what happened.
