I would like to point out that the movelist says it has a charge time and does not mention the stun that happens if attacked in the middle of charging
either way let's go with an aerial ace at osloki until you hit (using the speed to dodge of course) then use the rest of your moves to focus blast

especially seeing as how hard a blizzard would be to direct

Since Blizzard only has so-so accuracy, I tend to envision it as a very small but very strong tempest not much bigger than an Energy Ball, as that's the only way I can rationalize it ever missing in a normal battle situation. So yeah, even though Antz was standing beside Osloki when Blizzard was used, Edge still had a clear line of sight. That's why Antz wasn't struck.

I always assumed that it simply took a bit to create and approach and so is easy to dodge especially if it's aimed a bit off

edit: yup that's exactly how the movelist describes it

To be honest, you're right that a small Blizzard doesn't really make sense in terms of the way the move is supposed to function in double battles. As a result, I've changed the reffing.

Perfect Chaos, since the post-round stats are now very different, you're welcome to either change your commands or keep them the same. Let us know what you want to do, and then Ash will command.

How is this even considered a double battle? It's a 1 on 1 with Osloki sitting off on the side as a separate entity. True that in double battles Blizzard would hit multiple opponents (and allies as well) but since this is just a single battle and the Blizzard was specifically targeted at Osloki, there should be no way that Antz would get the brunt of the attack.

This definitely isn't a double battle. However, as Ash pointed out, in a double battle, Blizzard takes multiple targets—which means the attack must be broad enough to do so, rather than small and Energy Ball-sized like I described a few posts up. So when you consider the fact that Antz was standing next to Osloki when Edge used Blizzard (which makes sense, as Antz had just used Aerial Ace on Osloki), the Blizzard would have been big enough to envelop both Osloki and Antz in its scope, even though Edge only meant to target Antz. In that particular situation, if you're using a big attack like Blizzard, you simply can't hit either Osloki or Antz without also hitting the other. If Antz had been standing further away when Blizzard was used, then Osloki would have been the only one struck by the attack.

alright antz you're going to want to take the first rock slide along with osloki then getting rid of your aggression by taunting him back, then hit Osloki with a nice fire blast (remember capping Osloki first will really show him) while trying to dodge the bunt of the rocks (getting hit is fine, just mitigate damage) and finish with a sunny day while again mitigating damage
