You make an impassioned plea to Brother Chiro, who is swaying uneasily in the corner. Sweat drips from his face and his colouring has gone a little pale.

"Me... help?" he moans. "I'm... not sure... I can... but... for Arceus... no, for Catharti... I'll try."

Brother Chiro gets to his feet and wobbles a little bit. Chie and Professor Jellybottom grab onto his wings to keep him upright. He walks across the dungeon and fixes the High Priestess in his gaze. For a second, it doesn't seem to be working. The fight between Senic and the High Priestess continues on. The High Priestess pins Senic to the ground and wrenches the vial from his grasp. She raises the vial overhead and glances up at you with a triumphant grin, only to catch a glimpse of Brother Chiro. The effect is instantaneous. The High Priestess lets out a dreamy sigh and slowly lowers her arm.

"What are you doing?" the High Priest snaps. "Break the vial! Break it, I say!"

However, Brother Chiro targets the High Priest with a Supersonic. The High Priest suddenly starts wobbling around, unable to stay upright. Brother Chiro then collapses. You give Professor Jellybottom the umbrella and he uses Trick. The umbrella winds up in the High Priestess's possession and the vial ends up with Professor Jellybottom, who uses Protect. Senic Shadow Sneaks back to your side of the dungeon while Bulbob prepares a Charge.

"Oho! I think we've done it!" Professor Jellybottom declares. "Brilliant move! Now, I have an idea... there is only one way to ensure this antidote reaches the entire Safari Zone... and that is for us to feed both the Chemical A and the Chemical Z to Chie. I know it sounds daft, but you need to trust me. Chie has the power to save everyone."

Your Castform companions change to their Snowy Forms as the Hail plinks against the stone door. It slides open. As you pass into the next room, you find yourself in a large circular chamber upheld by marble columns. You see enormous statues depicting various forms of weather and miscellaneous ritual tools such as candles and incense burners.

"This is it!" Harumi says. "This is the heart of the Weather Shrine! This is where the three Castform Elders converge! Their presence here together helps keep the weather in the Safari Zone in check!"

You look around. Nobody's home.

"Er... they must be around here somewhere!" Harumi says, though the excitement in her voice is giving way to confusion.

You, Chie and Professor Jellicent retreat into the corner of the dungeon while Bulbob and Senic stand guard. Stil Confused, the High Priest rampages toward you, but Bulbob repels him with a Charge-boosted Thunderbolt. The High Priest is struck and tries to counter the attack with a Mirror Coat, but Senic stops the move with a Protect. Professor Jellicent uncorks the vial of Chemical Z and pours its contents into Chie's mouth. Quickly, you retrieve the Chemical A from your pack. You crack open the syringe and also pour its contents into Chie's mouth. You draw a sharp breath in anticipation.

Suddenly, Chie's body begins to radiate a bright light. His wounds all mend themslves and the blue on his body changes colour. He levitates toward the center of the dungeon as his body begins to give off a gentle golden mist.



"Oho, it's working!" Professor Jellicent exclaims as tears fill his eyes. "The antidote is feeding off Chie's own natural powers! This is what I hoped would happen!"

You look around and watch as Chie's golden mist touches everything in the dungeon. It swells around Brother Chiro, who rises from the floor and looks well again.

"I feel amazing," he says, stretching his wings. "How can this be? I've never felt this powerful."

You feel the same as the mist touches you—stronger, faster, even smarter than you've ever felt in your entire life. Rosalinda emerges from her Pokeball and the mist washes over her body. The reds and pinks in her eyes ebb away and her bright green colouring returns. She wraps her arms around you in a hug. Meanwhile, as the mist touches Senic, his body begins to shine a dazzling white. When the light recedes, you see that he has evolved.

"Holy hell," he says, staring at his large, gooey hands. "I'm... I'm a... I'm a Mukin' Muk."

The mist seems to have cured the High Priest's and the High Priestess's status afflictions. They watch Chie with wide eyes.

"Is that..." the High Priest murmurs.

"It must be..." the High Priestess says.

"It's Arceus reborn!" they cry out in unison. They immediately clamber down to the ground and begin bowing and grovelling.

Chie levitates over to you. He smiles.

"I am not Arceus reborn," Chie says in a deep, booming voice. "I am the same Latios I have always been. BTPoke, you have saved me. Now it is time for us to do the same to the rest of the Safari Zone. Climb upon my back. Bulbob, Rosalinda, you as well. Together we will share my gift and put the world right again."

You soar over the floating archipelago in hopes of locating the Swanna and Charizard who might have something to do with the Elders' disappearance. After a doing several laps of Exire, you begin to grow skeptical about whether the Swanna and Charizard are here. Eventually, you touch back down outside the Weather Shrine to reconvene with the Castform.



"I found something!" a tiny Castform says in a squeaking voice. "I gave the Weather Shrine a thorough search and found this."

She hands you a small roll of paper. You unfurl and then read it.

"You're a really good friend," Senic says. He extends a squishy green hand and you give it a firm shake. "Who knows? Maybe someday you might come looking for me again, just like you did when all this crazy zombie business began. I hope to see that happen. Remember, I'm never more than a sewage pipe away."

With that, you, Bulbob and Rosalinda climb aboard Chie, who swoops out of the dungeons. You begin flying through the hallways and passages of the Church, with Chie leaving a trail of golden mist in his wake. You fly past Sister Catharti, Dedenne and the other zombies roaming the Church. As the mist touches their skin, they are instantly restored. Chie then returns to the entrance hall, where you catch one last glimpse of Brother Chiro, Professor Jellybottom and Senic. They give a final wave as you zip through the Church doors and fly off into the night.

Chie rises high above the Scarred Wasteland. You pass over withered trees and rock formations, which shine as the golden mist settles over them. Gazing down below, you watch as the distant zombies return to their living forms. Chie proceeds to the next region. You pass over the tangled vegetation of Feizhi Outpost, the snowy expanse of Ruskie Tundra, the rolling hills of Flooded Savannah and restore all the creatures who live in these places. Hours pass as you traverse over the rest of the Safari Zone. When you reach your final destination, the coastline, Chie surrounds you in a golden oxygen bubble and plunges into the ocean. You skim over fields of kelp and jagged reefs. When you reach Aqueous Ruins, Chie does circles around the great coral palace, spreading his light as far as it will go.

Eventually, you return to the surface and ascend high above the ocean. You peer out over the horizon and watch as the sun begins to rise.

"You know, I was young once," Chie says as the morning light sweeps over the ocean waters. "Yes, it may be hard to believe, but, like all Pokemon, I used to be a child. As such, I was subject to all the foibles that childhood can bring. In particular, I grew fearful with each sunset. I often wondered why the sun deserted us every night and worried that it might not return in the morning. A silly concern, but there you have it. As I grew older, I broadened my understanding of the world and adjusted my thinking. I realized that the sun never truly deserts us. We sometimes cannot see the sun, yes, but it is always there. It is a constant. I find people and Pokemon alike often spend their lives searching for constants. That is why the Prophets devote themselves so deeply to Arceus—he is a constant force to which they can always turn in times of need. I, however, place my faith in an even greater force, and that force is you, BTPoke. While I languished in that dungeon, while the Prophets tortured me to the brink of my endurance, I knew that, even though you were not there with me, you would come through. Because you are my constant. For that, I thank you."

Bulbob places a fin on your forearm and Rosalinda rests a hand on your shoulder. Down below, you watch as a school of Mantine and Mantyke ride across the ocean currents. You imagine they are making their way home.

Kyogre uses Water Spout for its first offensive move. Rosalinda is struck with a high-pressure blast, which sends her spinning backwards through the water. She steadies herself and flings an Energy Ball, which scores a hit. However, before she can unleash a second one, Kyogre closes his eyes. Suddenly, a great Whirlpool materializes in the water and traps Rosalinda inside its powerful grip. She starts spiraling round and round, occasionally smacking into the ocean floor. She tries flinging a couple of Energy Balls, but the attacks end up flying off and striking the palace walls instead. She flails her limbs, but she can't break out of the current. Kyogre then creates an Aqua Ring, which splashes life-giving water onto its body.

Both Safeguards suddenly fade. Dang. Those things don't last very long.
