"It wasn't up to us, though," Charizard says. "It was up to... her."

"Pamela," Swanna says darkly.

"She's our trainer, but that wasn't always the case," Charizard explains. "Sarah and Dennis used to be our trainers, you see. They're a couple of humans and Pamela's parents. They're the ones who purchased this vacation house for their Safari Zone trips."

"However, a few months ago, Sarah and Dennis decided to go on a quest for a Legendary Pokemon," Swanna says. "They wanted to catch Yveltal. They took Altaria and Azumarill, two of their other Pokemon, and left Chesnaught, Glaceon, Charizard and me to look after Pamela."

"After a week or so, when they didn't come back, we started to get worried. We even went searching for them, but we found nothing," Charizard says. "Eventually, the Safari Zone authorities decided some terrible fate had probably befallen them, so they declared Sarah and Dennis deceased. All of their possessions, including us, were bequeathed to their next of kin."

"Pamela," Swanna says darkly again.

"So now Pamela is our trainer," Charizard says. "We've been doing everything possible to hide the truth about what happened to her parents. We don't want to break her heart. However, she seems to have cottoned on to the fact that she's in charge of us now."

"She inherited Sarah and Dennis's Gym badges, see," Swanna says. "A full set. That shit is like mind control. We can't disobey any of her commands. If she wants a tea party, we have to throw her a tea party. If she wants us to eat sand, we have to eat sand. If she wants to watch us beat each other up, we have to beat each other up. If there were a way for them to survive, I bet they succeeded. Would you be able to try to search for them?
