We went to Gen Con 2012 in Indianapolis earlier this month. I only barely got the improvements to my costume ready in time, but I'd like to think it still looks pretty boss.

I'm Venom, if the height wasn't a giveaway. Spider-Man (my friend David) and I wound up having roughly a bazillion people approach to ask for pictures - including right in front of the bathroom, which inspired this image (and others I won't post here):

~~Not-so-cleverly entitled "You've Gotta Fight For Your Right To Potty". I'm ashamed to call myself a writer.~~

Anyway, while we were fighting our way through the convention center to find a soda machine, we ran into this totally awesome Deadpool cosplayer and subsequently got sprayed with dozens of flashbulbs. Celine made the most of it by telling us to do this pose.

While I'm quite happy with the way many of our pics came out, I'm a bit disappointed we didn't get more pics of Celine in costume (which aren't posted yet anyway). She was a Team Rocket Grunt carrying Pikachu and a few Poké Balls in a net over her shoulder. Maybe that might have more relevance to this site!

I purchased it online, though I forget exactly where (I'm thinking either eBay or Amazon). It didn't come with the silver webbing at the time, I added that myself.

Yes, that was in Antigua. I went to Antigua for a Anti Money Laundering conference and it took place in the Sandals! I even won a free all included dinner for 2 on a draw. The moderator even asked in Spanish to go out..... I don't have a clue how old does he think i was..., but i never let him know i was an intern.

Until next week. It's been almost 2 months. I gotta head down to Venezuela to vote for the presidential elections next Oct 7th. But i have some pics!....
