Round 14... begin!

Both Pokemon are reaching the ends of their respective ropes in this climactic battle. Pinball, though exhausted, still has the speed advantage - it levitates a few inches off of the ground and charges up a ball of electrical energy. Pinball throws the orb into the sky, where it transforms into a bolt; the bolt races across the field, homing in on Tanqua, who is similarly exhausted. The bolt strikes home, shocking the Blastoise and aggravating his paralysis. However, this does not stop him: Tanqua lifts himself up and opens his mouth. Glaring at Pinball, he bellows loudly, the Roar attack reverberating across the arena, intimidating Pinball.
Pinball nevertheless continues with his attack, sending another bolt of lightning flying towards Tanqua. However, Pinball's lack of energy, combined with the dreadful Roar attack, keep this Shock Wave from reaching its full potential. Speaking of lack of energy, as Tanqua gets shocked, he is treated with a rewarding sight: Pinball falls to the ground, thoroughly exhausted. Its trainer sighs as he is forced to recall the fainted Magneton. With nothing to attack at the moment, all Tanqua can do is bear out the rest of the round, until his trainer recalls him as well. With a clear field, both trainers release their next Pokemon.

Round 15... begin!

With two fresh Pokemon out on the field, the audience is getting pumped up to see some action!... Unfortunately, they're going to have to wait a bit, the first part of this round isn't terribly thrilling. Electabuzz begins by summoning a glistening golden veil to surround him. Almost immediately, it disappears, but its effects are still present, leaving Electabuzz more resilient to elemental attacks. Meanwhile, Sharp the Ninjask is apparently just floating there; however, in reailty, she is probing Electabuzz's mind, searching out her foe's next moves and actions... and suddenly she has it. Sharp knows exactly where she has to be in order for her next attack to hit. She also found out some rather unsavory details concerning Electabuzz's last birthday party, but that is neither here nor there.
Sharp moves into position, and having the natural speed advantage, moves first: she dives low to the ground and scopps out a huge ball of mud. However, Sharp is disturbed by a loud screeching, emanating from Electabuzz. However, she did know it was coming, and so Sharp steels herself against the attack. Her focus is a little shaken, but she continues the attack anyway. She hurls the mud ball at Electabuzz. It doesn't deal a lot of damage, but it leaves the Electabuzz sopping and muddy.
Electabuzz scowls and gets Sharp in his sights. He waves his arms in an intimidating manner and tries to summon up a gigantic bolt of electricity... but thanks to the mud covering him, the attack's power is severely weakened. The small resulting bolt is easily evadable with a single Agility to send Sharp speeding around the arena.

Round 16... begin!

With this battle still in its opening stages, both Pokemon leap into battle readily. With Sharp's focus slightly shaken, Electabuzz easily takes the initiative, trying once more to shock the Ninjask. However, due to his muddy state, the attack is once more weakened, leaving Sharp feeling only a mild shock. This has the added effect of bringing Sharp's attention back to the battle, and she eagerly responds to Electabuzz's attack. She closes her eyes and focuses, calling upon the bug powers that come to her naturally. A sharp wind begins to pick up through the arena, gradually focusing on Electabuzz. The electric Pokemon begins to look alarmed as the wind, teeming with a silver dust, swirls around him. He has little choice but to inhale some of the dust, leaving him in pain. Fortunately, though, the wind has dried off most of the mud covering him.
Electabuzz scowls and lights his fist on fire, patiently waiting for the right moment. Sharp, seeing no trap, swoops in, claws outstretched. However, just as she starts to Slash at her foe, Electabuzz whips his fist out from behind his back and smacks the Ninjask away, leaving the Slash attack largely ineffective. Sharp scowls as she nurses her bruise as Electabuzz leers at her.
She then draws her claws in to her body and begins to spin around lightning-fast. Ghostly images of swords dance around her, then disappear, leaving the Ninjask feeling energized and vicious. However, she is not prepared for Electabuzz's next attack. The humanoid cat Pokemon coughs loudly, as if clearing his throught, and spits up a nasty, reeking blob of purplish ooze. He hurls it at the unsuspecting Sharp, who gets hit straight on, badly poisoning her.

I'm fairly certain that recalling/switching means you can't use that Pokemon again. Is that right?

Yes, but Baton Pass is the exception to that rule.

Baton Pass: The user switches out, but does not faint like normal. The user’s trainer sends out another pokémon from their collection, which gets the benefits of all of the user’s stat boosts, positive and negative (basically, anything that goes away with time, referee’s adjudication). The pokémon that is switched out is “locked in” as a battler in this particular battle and must be sent out again before the battle ends. This move cannot be used by the last unfainted pokémon on a team. This is the only legal way (barring special sig moves) to switch out a pokémon midbattle without fainting it. Once Baton Pass is used, the rest of the round is aborted and all ensuing attacks are canceled. The next round continues as normal. Excellent accuracy.

When Ninjask would be called back into battle, I don't know. Probably after Gligar faints, but it's up to you really.

As Electabuzz puzzles over this, the baton itself bursts in a cloud of smoke, revealing a fresh Gligar, Scorpio. Because of the mystical abilities of Baton Pass, the round ends immediately, causing a few fans to become angry at the lack of action.

Round 18... begin!

Withe Electabuzz staring down a completely fresh enemy, he begins to feel a little dejected. Noting that his opponent is charging up energy, he sits on the ground in a lotus position and closes his eyes. He thinks about the world as a whole, as well as his place in the grand design of the cosmos... However, Electabuzz is shaken from his meditative pose as dozens of razor sharp blades fly past him, carried by a sharp gust of wind. They slice open small cuts on his skin, but Electabuzz merely takes the hit: his meditation has enlightened him, and for some reason, boosted his attack.
Scorpio, with the speed boost, can continue with his commands before Electabuzz can; in the blink of an eye, his wings are coated with a hard, metallic sheen. He zips across the field at the oddly-calm Electabuzz and prepares to bring his wings down upon the hapless Electric-type... but doesn't get the chance to. Electabuzz quickly draws his fist out and punches Scorpio in the face, his hand glistening with ice crystals. Scorpio topples back and tumbles to the ground, nursing the bruise on his face, as well as trying to warm himself back up.
However, Scorpio decides to forgo that course of action for the moment and flaps back into the air, He summons yet another steel typ attack, this time using his claws as the focus: he flies at Electabuzz and drives his pincirs hard into Electabuzz's chest. Electabuzz seems nonplussed, though, as Electric-types have a natural resistance to Steel; he then moves one to counterattack with a brutal karate chop (that, apparently, he learned from a Mankey). It hits, although Scorpio doesn't seem as put out by it as he should, as his Flying type provides a resistance to fighting-attacks.

Round 19... begin!

Both Pokemon are still relatively fresh as this epic battle continues. Using his boosted speed, Scorpio quickly flies up into the air as Electabuzz runs at him, flailing his arms. Unfortunately for Electabuzz, Scorpio is sitting right outside of his reach. He throws numerous punches at Scorpio, but none of them can connect as Scorpio hovers in the air, grinning.
Scorpio then decides to add insult to injury, and begins to cough and hack rather obtrusively. He finally manages to spit up a rather disgusting orb of sludgy goo, and he spits it down at the hapless Electabuzz. Electabuzz merely scowls as the corrosive acid hits him and sizzles quietly; he shakes it off as best as he can. Seeing that Scorpio has not moved since he last tried to attack, however, Electabuzz realizes that it would be futile to try and reach him. So instead Electabuzz just stands there, frowning.
Scorpio, grinning, then repeats his last tactic: once again coughing loudly, he chokes up another purple ball of poisonous ooze. He spits it down at the still-helpless Electabuzz, who is forced to sit there as the poisons hit him, once again eating away slightly at his fur. Electabuzz sighs as he once again tries to shake the sludge off.

Round 20... begin!

Scorpio feels confident in his place in the sky, and as his foe scrabbles uncoordinatedly through the mud for the bone dropped there earlier, the Gligar smugly fires a volley of spines down at his foe. Just as Electabuzz finds Caballeso's bone, he gets struck by the poisoned stingers. Fortunately for him, though, they don';t penetrate the skin, leaving him hurt, but not poisoned. Now with the bne, Electabuzz recalls his trainer's command, to use Bonemerange. Electabuzz puzzles over this before coming to the conclusion that maybe his trainer wants him to throw the bone. And so he does: Electabuzz chucks the bone into the sky. However, neither knowing any bone-reliant attacks nor knowing how to use the bone as a focus at all, the "Bonemerang" just doesn't have that much power behind it. Certainly, Scorpio, with his resistance to ground attacks, isn't forced to the ground as Electabuzz's trainer wished.
Scorpio watches the bone fall back to the ground before performing his next attack. He begins to spin in a tight circle, with ghostly images of swords clashing with each other and jumping around him. Electabuzz scowls as he realizes that his attack was a total failure; as Scorpio finishes the Swords Dance feeling invigorated, Electabuzz points a sole finger at him. Scorpio briefly wonders about this before his throat begins to close more... and more... Scorpio falls to the ground as he clutches at his windpipe, struggliung frantically to breathe. Electabuzz releases his hold and snickers as Scorpio gets back up, hacking.
With his foe disoriented, Electabuzz takes the opportunity to leap at the grounded Gligar, foot outstretched. With a cry worthy of Bruce Lee himself, Electabuzz flies at Scorpio and impacts hard with his head. Scorpio flies back, his pain not alleviated in the slughtest. Nonetheless, Scorpio continues on his course of action, weakly calling forth the sun. The sun begins to shine brighter, starting to dry the mud.

Round 21... begin!

As the round begins, Electabuss abruptly disappears in a burst of light. Before anyone can contemplate his mysterious disappearance, a new Pokemon takes his place - a chipper Sneasel, Ledrai. Scorpio uses the opportunity to mentally manipulate the slowly-drying mud surrounding Ledrai - before the Sneasel can react, the ground under him caves in, leaving him in a funnel of durt and mud. The dirt begins to surround Ledrai, constricting him rather uncomfortably. Remembering his commands, though, Ledrai tries his darndest to run out of the sand. However, all it manages to do is sink him deeper in the Sand Tomb. Scorpio snickers as he watches Ledrai struggle in vain.
However, his snickering stops when he sees the Sneasel suddenly disappear. Now wary, Scorpio carefully prepares the attack his trainer told him, encasing his wings in steel energy. Suddenly, Ledrai bursts from the shade, free of the Sand Tomb through some bizarre process involving Faint Attacks, and leaps into the air, slamming Scorpio in the back with an Ice Punch. Reeling from the exceptional pain due to type advantages, Scorpio is momentarily stunned, although the sun keeps the Ice Punch from freezing him. Regaining his focus, Scorpio darts through the air exceptionally quickly, and slams into Ledrai, cobining the power of Aerial Ace and Steel Wing, also dealing good damage.

Round 22... begin!

With both Pokemon still relatively fresh (and neither trainer even near the half-way marks as far as avaliable Pokemon are concerned), this match is still anyone's game. Scorpio, with his abnormally high speed, keeps to the air and begins to cough up a viscous purple mucous, which forms into a semi-solid ooze at his mouth. Gagging slightly, he spits it at Ledrai, who takes the hit somewhat painfully, due to Scorpio's rather heightened attack power. However, this doesn't stop Ledrai from retaliating: the Sneasel forms a large ball of ice in between his claws and hurls it like a baseball, the ice leaving a trail of frozen water behind it. The faux-comet hits Scorpio head-on, the attack dealing respectable damage due to the type advantage. Scorpio tumbles from the sky, but quickly flaps his way back up, shaking his head in an attempt to clear it.
He apparently recovers fast enough: soon after the Ice Beam disappears, Scorpio begins to spin in an intricate aerial dance. Ghostly images of swords sweep around him as Scorpio is visibly strengthened, muscles beginning to bulge from the mystic power. Ledrai doesn't seem to care, however, as he performs an encore of his last attack. Hurling another Ice Beam at Scorpio, Ledrai snickers as the attack once again knocks the Gligar from the sky.
However, this proves advantageous to Scorpio's battle plan: the Gligar uses the momentum from falling and slams into the ground hard, striking it with his tail. A massive tremor rips through the arena, causing some superficial damage and revealing the ground beneath. The attack jolts Ledrai from his feet, knocking him over, and tosses him severely until the Earthquake finally subsides, leaving Ledrai feeling dizzy. However, he still pulls off his action with aplomb: utilizing the natural speed that Sneasels are gifted with, he cuts through the air, claws extended. Before Scorpio can see it coming, he is met with a strong slash across the face.

With his speed boosted, Scorpio easily gets the initiative, despite his exhaustion: he focuses momentarily and his tail becomes sheathed in a silvery metallic coat. He flies at Ledrai lightning-fast and executes a daring mid-air spin, whipping the Sneasel as hard as he can with a brutal Iron Tail. Ledrai scowls, the attack throwing him back a good ways due to the severe attack boost of the Gligar. He slowly picks himself back up and, mysteriously, Ledrai fades into the shadows.
Scorpio glances around warily, hearing the sounds of someone running circles around him, and decides to prepare for the worst: much like he did a few moments ago, Scorpio focuses, sending the layer of metal wrapping around his claws. Suddenly, something strikes him quickly in the back of his head. He whips around, seeing Ledrai smirking triumphantly, and slashes at him mercilessly with his iron-clad claws. Ledrai falls back again, but this time, so does Scorpio. The effort has completely exhausted him, and he falls to the ground, fainted. RaZoR LeAf sighs as he recalls the Gligar, and immediately sends out his replacement - Sharp the Ninjask.

Just out of curiosity, how much % more does an attack deal when Scorpio had an attack boost? And I should know this...but Steel > Ice, right?

Steel does have a type advantage over ice. And each attack boost added around 2 %. Scorpio had three attack boosts, and the type advantage, but he was tired, so his attacks might have been lessened in power a touch.
