As it has been over 1 week since the ref has been posted, Rossymore has passed DQ time (I should have posted this yesterday, but got busy). If you choose to DQ him, Mike, just post here saying you wish to take the DQ.

I am curious who would get 3 points vs. 6 points, as the final Pokémon are below 55%. Does the trainer who gets DQ'd lose, or is it the trainer with the lower Pokémon health at point of DQ that loses?

Yes I would like to DQ Rossy. And I think that he is getting DQed would get six points. You might want to ask DL.

As DarkestLight has informed me, and as the battle is down to less than 55% on the last Pokémon, the points will be assigned as follows:

Rossymore, who was in the lead, gets 6 points.
Mike Mysterio, who was behind, gets 3 points.
The ref (me) gets 6 points.
