Here we are folks, on the dias of Eeveeloution!

The arena is a specially designed battle platform built for this event! It is a giant circular room which is divided into 8 parts. There is a big circle in the middle which is just plain flat arena ground yet starting at the 12 o'clock position there are 7 even slices of arena each with a different element. In clockwise fashion, these are.

Water: This slice has a small pool of water.
Fire: A few fiery geysers are situated here.
Thunder: Thunder rains down from above striking the ground.
Psychic. An invisible field of psychic energy surrounds this slice.
Dark: This slice is in complete darkness.
Grass: A few trees are growing on this slice as well as other flora.
Ice: This slice is very cold and hard to stand up on.

Each of the slices when entered power up the corresponding types of attacks.

Now for the Eevees. Each Eevee will be wearing a special backpack that allows it to access the moves of what it will evolve into but only at specific health values. The values are as follows: From 100-75% they will only be allowed to use their weakest attack, from 75-50% they have access to weak and strong attacks, from below 50% they have access to all attacks. The attacks follow in the order of weakest to strongest.[/color]

Round Eight. The Eevees all wait a moment, as Thor is released into Electricfield. They all rejoice at another Eevee existing, and then get back into battle mode. Weird. Thor, being fresh and new, runs over to Wrath with spunk. Wrath freaks and begins digging a hole.Thor gets to him in time and rattles the darkinclined Eevee before he gets fully underground.

Kaji however, has no target and stares where Nereid used to be. Nereid quietly relaxed. She had a few moments before she had to make some moves, so why rush them?

Flora -alone currently, began to dig a hole of his own, one to call home.

Nereid now thought she heard rustling around her. She decided to investigate. Kaji swelled up a firebomb to deliver to Nereid, but she found herself the recipient of a Headbutt! Unknown as to where Wrath was, Thor just went after the next logical target.

Kaji blinked, stunned this newcomer struck her. Nereid continued her mission of sniffing out Florauna. She ended up somewhat near his tunnel, but she stopped digging after a while, tired.

Wrath however, was in a pickle. He was Resting, but he had barely any energy to do it with. It wasn't really even worth it. Same for Flor.

With two Eevees sleeping and depleted of their energy, one would think to capitalize on it. But no. Thor strikes Kaji again, and Nereid spazzes out in her own tunnel. Kaji doesn't flinch persay, but with no Nereid in sight, no fire was unleashed.

Move definition of Dig:

Dig - GRD - The user digs very quickly into relatively soft materials such as regular dirt. Hard materials such as metal, of course, are too hard to burrow through. The user can duck into such a tunnel with surprising speed, potentially foiling attackers that did not expect such a move. Once underground, the user can move around slowly without coming up to the surface. While underground, the user can either sap out a portion of the arena to create a big hole or burrow up quickly for a surprise attack. Creating a hole under an opponent will cause trivial damage but now the opponent will be stuck in a hole. Surprise attacks are more likely to bypass defense mechanisms. It is very difficult to follow a Digging pokémon, since they move the earth from in front of themselves to the tunnel behind themselves, thus sealing it up as they proceed. A follower, whether hostile or friendly, must stay very close. Two Diggers are unlikely to run into each other by chance, although some pokémon would be able to detect the vibrations associated with Digging. Pokémon that do not know Dig can dig, but they will be much slower at doing so and therefore will not be able to act quickly enough to evade attacks or allow for either basic attack strategy. However, they may be able to dig down to find a Digger, given time.

The Confusion is this DL.

At the end of the previous Round, Nerid was underground, after having started the first move of Dig. So she was technically safe from any attacks for the time being (apart from digging down there to get her). At the begining of this round, you make it seem like she's above ground and relaxing contently before being hit with the Fire Blast.

An Eevee teleported. There in lies the confusion.

Round Nine. With three Eevees underground, this didn't make for a interesting match at all. Thor didn't take too keen to that, and so he dove into the first hole he saw, Digging right on down the tunnel to find whomever may be at its end. Kaji sneered and did the same, going to a different hole.

Both Wrath and Flor stayed silent, they could hear scurrying around them. What was going to happen was anyones guess. However, Nereid was able to capitalize fully on Resting down there-even though her air was getting thin. Wrath and Flor looked dizzy though. They started having trouble breathing.

Nereid just stayed sound asleep for the time being, unknown to the horrors that were going on above her. Though her air now was very thin and now it hurt to breathe. She happened to dig the farthest down, missing Florauna by quite a ways. Flor however, tried to relax, thinking he's safe. But as he hacked, there was a weird sound to his left, and suddenly an Eevee burst into his tunnel. He freaked out, and tried to run though his J-shaped home, but Thor bit him to hold him in place.

Wrath meanwhile, felt a bit better, as there was nothing burrowing toward him. He could rest. Kaji was having a hell of a time trying to find him.

No hope in sight for Flor for relaxation, Thor was all over that fluffy ass, biting with insanity. Couple that with being unable to breathe and it makes for a very disheartening situation. Wrath kept breathing, and found it to be getting tight as well.

Nereid coughed, her Resting was not going too well...her air was running low now too. Wrath though, was unable to defend himself as Kaji stumbled upon his cavern finally. She sneered and then let loose a Fireblast that filled the entire space-sucked up any last remnants of oxygen and well, put the both of them in a desperately bad situation

Round Ten. It's almost like watching a Nature movie in fast forward. The ground starts to churn and bubble in the Fire slice and in the Dark slice, as Eevee's begin popping up! Bout time they came back up for air.

Thor-being the healthiest Eevee, appears first, and quickly tries to scamper to a different field. But he's overturned by an underground attack from Flor as he pops up next. Fresh air tastes fantastic, btw.

Wrath pops up, breathing in fresh air as well, and kinda stays put, just watching from his dark corner.

Meanwhile, Kaji and Nereid were in dire straits. Nereid was still asleep, and she just rolled around in her sleep, gasping for air quite weakly now. Kaji though..seems to have been knocked into unconsciousness.

Nereid was undisturbed, and she just quietly stayed that way. Wrath felt great, knowing he was hidden away. Thor and Flor though, were locked in epic combat. Thor went for the jugular and almost choked Flor out, had a Leaf Blade not went ripping up between the two Eevees, separating them.

No sign of Nereid, as Thor was slashed by another Leaf Blade. Wrath watched, laughing to himself, and Flor was once again tackled and bit. Man those Eevee's are rabid.

Ok sounds like she wants to play hard ball. Wrath use Reflect to try and deflect the lightning away from yourself, if it doesn't work the first time the use Dig to avoid the next one then wait for the third blast to go off and hit Reiki. If the Reflect trick does work then use Trump Card on Reiki twice.

===~~~Battle~~~===

Round Eleven starts off with a fresh new Eevee ready to fight. Ara shakes her fluff and runs over to the Shockslice. Her hair kinda ruffles up and soon, with the aid of that backpack, is able to fire a Thundershock at Wrath

Wrath is quick to set up a Reflective shield, seeing as how he's been spotted. But the shock gets through and zaps the Eevee something good. Now, that's never a good thing.

Meanwhile Flor stands his ground and relaxes, figuring he has plenty of time before something comes his way. Nereid is the final Eevee to emerge to the surface, and gasps for air. No sooner does she appear than a white cloud visit her and pops. She instantly yawns.

Thor's pretty evil so far, lol.

She just popped up and she's tired. Well to hell with that. She gives her fiercest Eevee cry and calls upon all the water she can control. The wave washes over the Eevee hoard. The effect takes Flor out, and catches Wrath off guard. Ara takes that hit, and looks to Wrath again.

But Wrath...was knocked out. Surf was a bit too powerful. Thor took the hit and looked up, trying to focus on a way to survive. This left Ara, who did not see Wrath anymore, so the next rogue Thundershock strikes Nereid. Whom..passes out.

Ara stares at the downed Wrath and Flor and now looks to Nereid, in all her helpless slumber. A second Thundershock rallies over toward her and shocked her down a bit. Nereid stayed asleep, and Thor followed up with a nice Substitute to deter attacks.

He also felt a bit more protected.
