As Burn circles the drain, Phillip decides that it’s time to put an end to things once and for all. Before the little Charmander can think about doing anything, Phillip snatches hold of him with Psychic waves and hoists him up into the air. Then, with minimal exertion, the Mr. Mime brings his foe slamming down toward the earth. Burn collides with the ground but can’t muster up the strength to get back up. This little guy is donezo.
