Wow! We have a even number down for both Ay and Mike. This Gym Match is getting heated! They both are eager to prove they are better than the other, so out come two more. Its a pineapple vs a snake!

Lily looks around, wondering why the sprinklers are not on. IN that instant Kylee slithers forth, and slams her entire body into Lily's midsection. The pair go flying into the pond, but Kylee manages to swim away. Lily gets up from that stunning blow and gives Kylee a nice swipe of chilling air. Icy type chilling, that is. That Beam sends the serpent reeling and she comes to a stop under the gazebo.

Ticked off that this plant was using ice as a weapon, Kylee blasted forward again, infuriated. Flames spewed from her tiny form and she tail whipped herself right into Lily's midsection again, whipping and flaming and just being all sorts of ornery. Lily raised her hands to block, but this flaming dragon was really getting to her! So she raised her hands up instead, and the battery stopped when the ice fell in a torrent from the ceiling into the lake.

Kylee bobbed up through the thin ice, as Lily looked own at her. Shivering as she slithered through the ice, Kylee tried a simpler approach. Fire. Dragonfire. It took a few puffs, as an Icy Wind now blew in the area, but she managed a Dragonbreath that scorched Lily's hands.

Unlike the last 19 rounds, this one is just a torrent of cold for Kylee. Liyly does not stop the barrage of chilling winds! Kylee winces from the first blow, but finds her self now taking on cumulative damage and being stuck stiff from all these blasts! But she waits

Noting the lack of movement from the coiled up adversary, Lily takes it in stride and fires off an ice Beam. Maybe she can get Kylee into a complete icy Dratini sculpture! As more ice builds up though Kylee feels her outer skin shift and widen, giving her a small but necessary space to help store all that energy.

Now just a little more, and perfect. A larger than life Dratini ice sculpture now stood in the secret Garden, complete with erupting Dratini bursting out of the nose portion!

Wait, what?

Lily backed away, but the water wading grasser had no escape for the energetic rage of emotion Kylee now delivered. Shedding her skin worked wonders for her movement, and Kuylee now had a bountiful amount of time to whip, bite and altogether share her discomfort with Lily.

Kylee whips herself around and notes the chilling air still being brought by Lily. So she decides on a crazy attack all her own. The serpent starts to float and exude red waves of energy that come into the sky. As the fiery energy builds to a fever pitch, its washed out by a wave of Blizzard winds.

Kylee goes down spinning as she hits the turf.

Ay smirks, thinking she has this younger of the Double Dragon Brothers cornered. Her next competitor jumps up out of the icy field, having been dormant this whole time. Its massive red petals shake any last remnants of ice off and she looks ready for battle. Seeing what he's up against, Mike releases something even smaller than Kylee. Out pops, an egg! Oh wait, it unfurls at the top, its a Togepi.

Seth, as its called, takes a moment to walk around, but all of a sudden he begins to run. Its just in time too, as Raff's Sleep Powder hits the ground in a hefty plume where Seth once stood. Crisis averted

Raff: -3E ~~ Seth: -6E

Raff shakes, that was just dumb luck. A shift of the petals and a different spore mix flies into play. But Seth welcomes this onslaught and as the poisionous air enters his system, he flings a massive wave of energy at Raff. Problem? Raff can't see it. But she can feel it and oh man does it seem to drive her nuts with anger. (-1)

Raff: -3E/-16H ~~ Seth: -8E Psn

Seth coughs (-1), but manages to keep focused, even as Raff tries for another crafty Spore. This ones come in fast, and leaves the Togepi in plume of faintly yellow dust. To Raff's surprise though, all of those Spores go flying back up, as well as a new mixture of purple tinted stuff...and they fall back over her! She hunkers down, but feels the muscle tightening of her own attack working against her.

Seth smirks, but then notes that the poisoning didn't work. Oh lame, its Part Poison. Ah well, least all the crippling stuff is now all for Raff.

Raff shook off that shivering feeling of helplessness, and managed to pull the light down from the heated Gym. Seth spied this, and flung all the energy it could down on Raff, but the Solarbeam came from above. Seth was hammered into the icy ground, as Raff flew backwards from that Psychic blast.

Raff: -9E/-16H ~~ Seth: -8E/-13H

Seth recovered, pushing his head out of the mud. Raff smirked and walked over to try and encumber the eggy with a nice dousing of sleep Powder. She felt her muscles lock but she still manages to throw the spores skyward, as her body was set aflame.

The Sprinkler warning lights went off immediately, and the storm-like water sprays came raining down.

Paralysis was now fully realized and Raff lied there, watching Seth sleep peacefully. Well, at least he wasn't mumbling for now...

This battle should've already been over! But Raff knew that the egg had more tricks than it let on. Ticked off about the sheer fact that it was paralyzed right now, Raff beat the Egg into the now squishy ground with its flower petals. It was a substantial blow but met with fierce opposition as Seth Pecked at Raff's face.

Raff: -6E/-6H ~~ Seth: -4E/-9H

Backing away from the weird sharp edged egg, Raff now went on a tirade of weight shoving. She slammed herself onto Seth, and sat there, trying to sink him into the mud. Seth mumbled something again, but all Raff saw was Seth's feet wiggling.

Raff: -5E ~~ Seth: -4E/-7H +2 SpA

Rolling off of Seth, Raff stood up, shocked that she wasn't somehow crippled again. Eager, she ran over to Seth, who seemed to pull himself out of the mud in a stupor. An awake stupor. Didn't matter now. She kicked him straight in the eggface! Seth flipped over twice in the air before landing with a *splat*in the mud.

Raff grinned, glad her finally had made some sort of comeback this little pipsqueak, when a torrent of energy made her life a living pain! She fell on her back, unsure what or where that energy came from.

Raff got up from that miserable blow and grounded herself. With the rain falling, she knew her spores were not going to get much distance. Seth didn't need to move as he waved his little hands back and forth, causing another invisible blast to ripple from the right-water droplets moving in a wave formation to smash into her.

She rolled over the now melting ice, and forced herself up before running over and shooting her spores head first into Seth's face.

Raff: -2E/-18H ~~ Seth: -8E ZZz

Seth fell over, asleep once more, and Raff went to draining the life of her victim once more. This egg should be nutritious damnit!

Raff: -7E/+6H ~~ Seth: -12H

She watched the water run down and out the assorted drains in the area, finally freeing all that ice and making the ground permeable again. Some erosion took place, but nothing a little green thumbing won't fix.

This round begins with Raff still draining the living out of Seth. The egg does mumble once more and manages to roll around a bit before throwing his hands in the air. Nothing came of it. Weird

Seth finally lurched up, and shook off the grogginess. He felt his body ache and the draining was still occurring. Well, that was just about enough of that. Screaming his name, a mental battalion of energy surged out and smashed into Raff, knocking her on her rear. All that health gain was just about lost! Damn

Raff's luck ran out-as paralysis encumbered her just then. Seth gleefully skipped over, and lied her to sleep with a soft but potent Psychic lullaby. Poignant end to the spectacular 5th battle.

Round 7 is here. Wow this Gym battle is intense. Mike nor Ay are giving in to each other, as they both gun for domination. Ryu cares not for the rainwater everywhere, but that does not stop him from landing a strong blow on the crinoid's base. Messy whips her tentacles back and forth, and smothers Ryu with a nice heaping blow of Toxic sludge. (-1)

Mes: -3E/-18H ~~ Ryu: -9E Txc

Ryu shakes the smell away partially, thanks to the rainwater. While he recovered his senses, Messy was swift to suck up an Ingrain root via her Suction Cup like enhancement. This was a lifesaver, she though, as the nutrients already were seeping into her body (+3). Ryu though went for a different approach, and smashed his rear into Messy's side, before falling into the mud. (-1)

Mes: -14H ~~ Ryu: -7E

Messy grinned, even though she was cracked upside the head. Maybe it got to her, maybe she was loving the free health. But when the angry Ryu came for more damage, his fist bounced off the top of Messy's head. Messy watched Ryu slide off (+2), and it watched the rain (-1)

Ryu raises his fists in triumph and quickly runs out to try and smash this Cradily, poison notwithstanding (-2). Messy threw a massive Sludge Bomb out to try and slam the beast, but Ryu darted in and managed to evade the blow and slam his fist into Messy's waist. That rocky base however, gave his fist a little bit to shake about. (+1)

Mes: -7E/-5H ~~ Ryu: -3E

Upset her first strike missed, the Cradily gave this some thought, before forcing her energy toward the ground. Ryu jumped and dove at Messy's head, only to bounce off, and slam into the churning ground. Ouch. (+2/-2).

Mes: -9E/-5H ~~ Ryu: -3E/-11H

Ryu grunted and stood up, not happy with the ground shifting. (+2/-2) Messy began to focus, and after a great moment of paitence, she blasted forth. Ryu tried to evade the massive strike coming his way, but connecting with Messy's backside meant getting sucked up in the energy of that blow and both Pokemon crashed landed in the ground yards to the right.

Messy realizes what a mess she's actually in, as Ryu sits there, dealing with his own inner demons.(-3). As she regains her energy and stamina (+1), Ryu springs to life from his self made ditch, and brings with him a glowing fist of fury.

Messy's head meets Ryu's immensely concentrated punch and she goes wobbling back and forth like a weeble wobble, shaken to the core by that blow.

Mes: -24H ~~ Ryu: -9E

Regaining her composure, Messy tries to line her sights up with Ryu, but the Primeape is already on blow number two. He kneels (-3) and swipes laterally. His calloused hand slams into Messy's waist, and the chop feels like it may have broken her base, as Messy wilts from the impact.

Messy takes a deep breath and forces her head back up, allowing the shivers she feels to be expelled into the ground. The garden shifts and slides, throwing Ryu on his back. Ryu breathes heavily, knowing all the stops are being pulled now.(+2)

Mes: -9E/-20H ~~ Ryu: -8E/-12H

Messy now looked to the top of the Garden, with all its iridescent sunlight. The wish it had in mind was going to take some time to form, though not as long as Ryu may have liked (-3). As she kept he focus up, tendrils reaching up to harvest some sunlight, Ryu ran in for a fast and system chilling Ice Punch. The shivers ran through Messy once more, but the overwhelming warmth of a sunbeam directly in front of her gave her some confidence back (-2)...as well as smashing Ryu into the ground with incredible force.

Ryu is dizzy now. Four rounds straight of poisoning does take its toll on you. (-4) He pushes forth, and lunges for the stationary Pokemon. One solitary hand drives the point home-or so he thinks, as the ground cleaves under its pressure.

Staring in disbelief, Messy takes it, and forces the ground to cleave and quake, throwing Ryu to the floor! (+1)

Mes: -9E ~~ Ryu: -9E/-12H

Ryu wobbles back to his feet, and notes his error. Damn, he couldn't afford that again. (-4) He jumps again, feigning spiritedness, before bringing that hand down on her head, dribbling it like a basketball for a few moments.(+2)

Messy groaned, and didn't rise back up. So close...
