Krauser is vanquished and replaced by Fro-yo, a dopey-looking mudfish that Zaraki can't wait to tear apart. However, he plays it safe and surrounds himself with three clones [ +75% Eva, -6PP Zaraki K. ]. Just in time, too, because a series of rocks manages to crush one of them instantly [ -9% Eva Zaraki K. / -5PP Fro-yo ].

Feeling confident in his feint, Zaraki dances around, increasing his talents even moreso [ +10% Atk, +10% Spd, -5PP Zaraki K. ]. But his feint doesn't last long against Fro-yo's devastating spark wave [ -13HP, +25% Par, -66% Eva Zaraki K. / -4PP Fro-yo ].

Zaraki is unsatisfied, but his body locks up, making him unable to demonstrate it whatsoever. Fro-yo takes this opportunity to pelt him with more rocks from around the castle [ -11HP Zaraki K. / -5PP Fro-yo ].

The dopey mudfish, now an angry dopey mudfish, responds with a powerful cackling of electricity that rains down upon the water serpant, dealing incredible damage [ -13HP Zaraki K. / -4PP Fro-yo ].

And then it happens again [ -13HP Zaraki K. / -4PP Fro-yo ] as the gyarados slaps him with his powerful tail [ -10HP Fro-yo / -5PP Zaraki K. ].

And again [ -13HP Zaraki K. / -4PP Fro-yo ]; Zaraki, this time, responds by tackling the mudfish with a powerful waterfall [ -9HP Fro-yo / -4PP Zaraki K. ]. Fro-yo relaxes for a bit and his anger subsides.

Fro-yo summons a volley of rocks to come crashing down upon the paralyzed leviathan [ -11HP Zaraki K. / -5PP Fro-yo ]. The black gyarados, however, is set off, and furiously punishes his foe with a series of outrageous thrashings, dealing incredible damage [ -25HP Fro-yo / -18PP Zaraki K. ].

Fro-yo tries to shake off the gyarados' powerful attacks, and ends up using the same rocks to trap said gyarados in a tomb [ -7HP, -10% Spd Zaraki K. / -3PP Fro-yo ].

Fro-yo, considering himself to be a happy, yet dopey, pokémon, seals Zaraki's fate by charging forward and tackling the sea serpent -- dealing just enough damage to finish Zaraki off [ -8HP Zaraki K. / -6PP Fro-yo ].

The black gyarados is recalled and replaced by an unmoving plant -- Katan. Katan readies her first attack, but before she even pulls it out (haha!), she is caught staring at the handsome whiscash. Was he always this pretty [ +25% Atr Katan / -2PP Fro-yo ]. She snaps out of it long enough to throw out a viney lasso to strangle the flirtacious mudfish [ -20HP Fro-yo / -6PP Katan ].

Fro-yo frees himself from the vine and summons a powerful maelstrom of ice to sweep across the stage [ -18HP Katan / -10PP Fro-yo ]. Katan, meanwhile, just marvels at her opponent with a glow in her eyes.

It happens once more [ -18HP Katan / -10PP Fro-yo ], but Katan snaps out of her affection [ -25% Atr Katan ] and retalliates with a sphere of grass energy. She flings it wildly and it crashes into Fro-yo's side, causing great damage [ -16HP Fro-yo / -4PP Katan ].

Fro-yo, having an intense hatred of plantlife, decides to summon a maelstrom of hail... that would be perfect if this battle wasn't set up inside a castle. Katen laughs at the misfortune of his foe before trying to do the same thing. Again, inside a castle [ -7PP Fro-yo / -7PP Katen ].

The dopey mudfish, quite irritated, fires off a nasty blizzard that bites the cradily harshly [ -18HP Katen / -10PP Fro-yo ]. Katen, meanwhile, is trying to absorb as much sunlight as possible from the cracks of the castle. Keep on truckin', Katen.

With enough sunlight to give nurishment to a sunflower seed, Katen fires off her solar beam that fizzles upon contacting Fro-yo's protective barrier [ -5PP Katen / -5PP Fro-yo ].

Katen decides that she's had enough of this stupid-looking fish, and tries to trip him up with her grass knot. However, before she can wrangle this beast, he tries something crazy! With all of his strength, Fro-yo bounces... high into the air somehow [ -3PP Katen ]. What the hell [ -5PP Fro-yo ]!?

High in the air, Fro-yo's rise stops before he charges toward the ground with incredible speed. As he dives, he surrounds himself with an icy aura -- a blizzard armor -- Katen, at this point, is cursing her parents for giving her an ability that gives her no chance to escape as Fro-yo's frozen body collides forcefully into her own, dealing incredible damage [ -26HP Katen / -11PP Fro-yo ]. Katen decides even more that she absolutely loathes, abhors even, this stupid-looking fish. But with him presently laying on top of her, she is unable to execute any orders.

Fro-yo, quite tired, rolls off of his opponent to gather energy [ +10PP Fro-yo ] as Katen struggles to keep herself in check before striking Fro-yo with a powerful seed bomb [ -16HP Fro-yo / -4PP Katen ].

Fro-yo is recalled and replaced by Puck, Darkly's crafty little linoone who's already managed to find a rusty blade amongst the castle's various crap. The badger-esque pokémon begins the round by slicing through Katen's body with an ice blade [ -14HP Katen / -7PP Puck ]. She responds swiftly, using the vines along her neck to wrap around Puck's neck and choke him for a few moments [ -11HP Puck / -6PP Katen ].

Puck frees himself from Katen's viscious grab before retalliating with a sudden ice pulse that engulfs the inside of the castle with snow and ice before terrorizing the plant pokémon [ -18HP Katen / -10PP Puck ]. Katen, amongst the cold, snaps back before summoning a volley of rocks to come crashing down upon the badger [ -7HP Puck / -3PP Katen ].

Taken aback by the stumbling rocks, Puck restructures himself before blasting off another blizzard [ -18HP Katen / -10PP Puck ]. Katen once more shudders off the icy prison before latching onto Puck's body again with her tendrils before slowly draining out his lifeforce [ -7HP Puck / -3PP, +4HP Katen ].

Melo recalls his fallen plant before sending out Ise Nanao, a veteran fighting pokémon on his team. Nanao springs to action immediately by swiftly teleporting in front of Puck and giving him a weak slap in the face [ -4HP Puck / -2PP Ise Nanao ]. Puck flinches, but keeps his body in a state of relaxation [ +10PP Puck ].

Puck smirks, taking the hit as well as he could before charming his foe with his charisma. Nanao, unsure of how to react to this, lowers her attack power out of respect for her opponent [ -20% Atk Ise Nanao / -5PP Puck ] before she slaps him once more with feeling [ -7HP Puck / -3PP Ise Nanao ].

Puck still sniggers before finally attacking Nanao with a cursed shadow ball. The grim orb of stale energy flails about awkwardly before connecting with Nanao's torso, exploding upon impact [ -12HP Ise Nanao / -6PP Puck ]. Decidedly unhappy with that happenstance, Nanao packs a lot of power in her first and thrusts it forward... into the air! Puck chuckles, having evaded the attack quite brilliantly [ -6PP Ise Nanao ].

After a ridiculously long hiatus, we are back on track. Puck begins the round by shuffling around the castle, collecting as much dust in his fingertips as he can. After a few seconds, he manages, tossing a clump of it into Ise's eyes, blinding her temporarily [ -2HP, -10% Acc Ise Nanao / -2PP Puck ]. The ape struggles, but manages to irritate her opponent with her awkward swagger [ +20% Atk, +25% Con Puck / -2PP Ise Nanao ].

In a rage, Puck fires off a weak blast of electric energy that engulfs Ise quite easily [ -5HP Ise Nanao / -3PP Puck ]. Nanao, meanwhile, takes the hit in stride and slaps her palms around Puck's head, transferring their strengths [ -40% Atk Puck / +40% Atk, -7PP Ise Nanao ].

Unsure of what just happened, Puck fires off a powerful ice beam that strikes Nanao's torso [ -9HP Ise Nanao / -7PP Puck ]. The chimp winces in pain before leaping high into the air and striking Puck from above with her powerful leg, dealing incredible damage [ -21HP Puck / -10PP Ise Nanao ].
