Soulscar is still reluctant to try attacking Treble, who is occupying her time by creating another orb of light that is then fired back into the air, driving away the approaching rainclouds further.

After some thinking, Soulscar eventually decides that a crush on Treble just won't work out. Besides, the two of them aren't even part of the same egg group. He rushes into Treble and deals several blows with his claws, but is then interrupted with another kanji of flames.

Soulscar repeats his ninja-like movements, swiftly clawing Treble, but another japanese character fired by Treble explodes on him, scorching him further.

The burn and poisoning are quickly eating away at Soulscar's health, close to defeat.
