Threadmin...neeeever heard of it.

This is how it works. A mod/admin chooses a thread that they need help running. They go into their special mod options and give a specific member special powers in that one thread--it's like that member is an administrator but only for that one thread, hence "thread admin" or "threadmin". If MLG was threadminned, he'd be able to edit and delete any post in that thread as if he were an actual mod.

...this is, again, assuming that DL or any other staff member that's actually here regularly has the power to do so. They may not. I'm pretty sure all they'd have to do is find one of MLG's posts in the requisite thread and click on his name, and the option would be there.

He thanked: Sarah, who's supported him and put up with some of his ramblings. His parents, who's support and advice has helped him on many of the choices in his life. His grandmother, who's supported him, and helped him aquire loans to pay for school. His aunt and uncle, who have bought him so many books and supplies that without their (or everyone's) encouragement, he wouldn't be the person his is today. Dr. Richard Zakrzewski, who has been his advisor and confidant these last six years. Dr. Ken Neuhauser for his discussions and stories regarding his experiences in the field as an undergraduate and graduate. Dr. Greg Farley, an entertaining individual who's classes are always a joy to be in.

With the big announcement that we're (finally) getting remakes of Gold and Silver-I kinda was wondering what was yer defining moment in those games?

I'm pretty sure mine was beating Pryce to a bloody pulp. He annoyed the living daylights out of me. That and catching a Houndour on whatever route that is outside Celadon. Only because I still did not have a Fire type by then and it literally shocked the hell out of me.

My defining moment (or moments) was when I went up to Silver in the Pokemon League every_single_wednesday_and _saturday, to whoop his ass just so I could get a Tyranitar...and then a Dragonite.

I always like the beginning of game the most. Starting from scratch and building your way up in the way you like; with the pokemon you like. I tended to like Azelea Town the most, dunno why.

My defining moment was beating Jasmine and her Steelix with my poorly trained pokemon at that time. Ofcourse I picked Chikorita as my starter so I was screwed compared to my Typhlosion and Feraligatr-possesing friends. Thank god for my Furret. It took me a couple of tries though.

Also, Sacred Fire. Yeah, that was cool.

I literally drooled out of excitement when I discovered I could visit whole of Kanto again and challenge high-leveled leaders (it was also the reason I was so dissapointed in RSE) Houndour, Murkrow and Larvitar discoveries were nice too.

They were my favorite games. Ever.

I had crystal, and my 'defining' moment was getting the 6 (at the time) eeveelutions plus a normal eevee and raising them up as the super awesome eevee team of doom. Yeah, Im lame

Paprika isn't spicy, its just has a strong flavour, but not hot by nature. Unlike pepper, chilli-peppers, wasabi, mustard or tabasco.

"Paprika" is the same thing as ground pepper, essentially. The only difference is that ground pepper is made from run-of-the-mill peppers you can get at the grocery store, whereas paprika is ground bell peppers, also known as capsicum. Some of the hottest peppers around. I believe they're also roasted, which takes some of the heat intensity off. Paprika peppers are also AMAZINGLY rich in vitamin C, making paprika a very healthy alternative to traditional ground or milled pepper.

I started to feel bad last week's Thursday. I was arranging a fair and all sorts of crazy thoughts flooded my mind. For instance, I was afraid that the screens I set up would fall on somebody. I was resting in a hospital and now feel better. I'll still have two more nights at the hospital, but I am online now because I'm able to spend days at the town. My plans for today include buying the last volume of Death Note, which I believe is now at shops.
