I don't know... I've always thought of Metal Claw as a move that would be used with hands/front paws, though. I'm not sure a Skarmory's legs would be flexible enough. I wanted something that would power up a pokemon I think I am going to give a try, if all my requests work out. It's a great pokemon either way, plus, there really was nothing for those flying types, only items for double flying types.

No, sorry. It's just like all attack type enhancers in the games, it's a 10% boost.
On the Damage Calculator, this counts as Held Item Bonus.
