Brock. Tracey seemed like nothing more than a fill-in for Brock; they didn't even have a full episode between Brock leaving and Tracey joining! While I think the idea of a Pokemon watcher is pretty cool, he just didn't seem as perfect with Misty and Ash as Brock had before.

Mud. I live in a region where the wind alone practically knocks you off your feet every time you walk out of a building. Add a little dust to that, and it's like Hell plus tiny particles of matter slicing your skin to ribbons. Mud (at least usually) stays on the ground.
