Round 24... begin!

With both Pokemon having already seen some intense battling, they both quickly leap back to fighting with no hesitation. Both sides start off defensively: Sharp zooms around the arena in a circular track, boosting her cosiderable speed even further. Meanwhile, Ledrai draws his arms in to his body and begins to dance in an intricate pattern. A series of glowing swords appear around him and clash together, giving his considerable attack another boost as well.
Next, both battlers once again perform similar moves. Sharp, having the speed and the energy advantage, quickly summons a string wind to whip about the arena, carrying silver particles of dust in it. Meanwhile, Ledrai takes a little longer to summon his wind: a chilled wind full of ice chunks. The two winds clash as each user tries to direct it towards their respective foes, but eventually the sheer power behind the Blizzard manages to break through the Silver Wind. However, by the time it reaches Sharp, it's been weakened considerably.
Sharp scowls as the wind chills her (although its intensity is also lessened somewhat by the sun's hot, hot rays) and flies across the field in the blink of an eye. Surprised by her manic speed, Ledrai barely has time to react as the Ninjask slashes him across the face with a Fury Cutter. However, he does manage to counterattack: Ledrai releases a beam of icy energy from his claws that barrels past Sharp, knocking her back.

Round 25... begin!

As this round begins, Sharp swoops at Ledrai, slashing at the Sneasel viciously, her claws glowing a brilliant green. The mystical bug energies power up the Fury Cutter due to it being used so recently. Ledrai tumbles backwards, the bug attack dealing extra damage because of its type advantage. However, he quickly regains his balance, and begins to form a ball of negative energy in between his claws. Without hesitating for an instant, Ledrai thrusts the orb forward, pitching it at the close-range Sharp, who takes the powerful attack head-on.
However, this does not deter her; swopping in once more, Sharp scratches and swipes with another Fury Cutter, dealing even more damage and throwing Ledrai back again. Ledrai, though, uses the momentum to his advantage: he lands neatly and switches directions, jumping into the air. He hangs in the air briefly before falling back to earth, his claws extended. As he falls past Sharp, he neatly swipes at her, the speedy attack shocking her and making her recoil.
Ledrai makes a tidy three-point landing despite his fatigue, but he is blown backwards again as Sharp attacks once more with the now-really-powerful Fury Cutter. A scowl crosses the Sneasel's features as he once again jumps into the air and drives his claws into Sharp.
As the round ends, the bright sunlight fades.

Round 26... begin!

Both Pokemon are panting heavily as this round opens, but for entirely different reasons: Ledrai knows that he's about to collapse from pain, while Sharp has poison coursing through her veins, which isn't a terribly pleasant experience. Nevertheless, Sharp puts the pain aside to summon a series of bright yellow ninja stars. They hover in midair for a brief moment before flying through the air at Ledrai. With a speed disadvantage, Ledrai can barely react to the Swift, so he takes the blow. Ledrai retaliates by mustering the last of his energy to summon a furious storm of wintery wind that whips across the arena, the cold cutting through Sharp. Trying to brave the Blizzard, Sharp summons another Swift; the stars cut through the wind (even though a few of them fizzle out before reaching their target because of the Blizzard) and impact with their target. The wind stops abruptly as Ledrai collapses.

With Sneasel down, Chris calls out his Magmar.

Round 27... begin!

With a fresh Magmar staring her down, Sharp also begins to feel the fatigue setting in. Nevertheless, she begins to rub her wings together at a high speed, creating a very unpleasant, harsh, grating noise that grinds on the nerve endings of all who hear it. Except, of course, for Inforgo - he creates a jarring Screech of his own. Neither Pokemon, due to their own disruptive sonic waves, hear the opposing Screech and so no ground is gained.
Inforgo takes a deep breath and spits out, true to his description of 'spitfire', a blast of red-hot fire. However, Sharp isn't having any of that: she drops to the ground and scratches out a hole, narrowly avoiding the scorching Flamethrower. Unbenownst to Inforgo, she silently begins to charge up energy for a brutal attack.
Inforgo, not being able to see his opponent, decides to bide his time, knowing that she'll have to emerge eventually... Unfortunately for him, she does. Sharp bursts forth from her hole in the ground and lets loose a powerful beam of orange energy. It tears through all of the debri in its path, leaving only a fine dust, and drives straight into Inforgo, who flies back several feet. He slowly climbs back to his feet and musters a much smaller Flamethrower to scorch his foe.

Round 28... begin!

Sharp stares down her fiery foe from across the extremely damaged arena. She knows that it's her last round, and judging from the triumphant glint in Inforgo's eye, he knows the same. Nevertheless, Sharp resolutely continues with her orders: being fastest, she begins to charge an eerie orb of negative energy in between her claws. However, Sharp's exhaustion keeps her from doing this with the speed she is used to, and Inforgo easily manages his attack in the meanwhile. He closes his eyes and focuses his energy: almost immediately, a sinister burst of white light dazzles Sharp (not to mention the crowd - the soda salesman definitely just sprayed three separate people with some pop). Sharp reels, and in the resulting confusion, the Shadow Ball she was forming backfires, harming her a little instead of her intended target.
Sharp scowls and begins to charge up another shadowy orb. However, the Confuse Ray still fresh in her mind and those annoying light spots still hovering past her eyes, her concentration is once more disrupted, although the backfire this time isn't as painful since the Shadow Ball didn't charge that much. Inforgo chuckles and takes careful aim. Setting his sights on the very-weakened Ninjask floating near him, he spits out a white-hot blast of scorching fire. The attack scores a direct hit, and Sharp goes down immediately.
Razor Leaf returns his fallen comrade and replaces her with a vicious looking Kecleon, one who looks as if he'd be at home in a courtoom snapping his fingers loudly and objecting like Satan. [/geek]

Round 29... begin!

Karma appears, fresh on the field. The two Pokemon stare each other down... until suddenly their staring contest is interrupted by a loud voice from the audience yelling "Karma karma karma karma karma chameleon!" and continues on into a drunken reverie. The referee fumes, and with a quick toss of a Pokeball, orders the security Mr. Mime and Electabuzz to drag the offending fan out. They do so, with what is known in the business as "extreme prejudice." The distraction dealt with, the Pokemon return to the battle at hand.
With energy to spare, Karma quietly sits on the cracked ground, closing his eyes and meditating quietly. As if in response, rain clouds rumble ominously in the sky overhead. However, before he can finish his attack, Inforgo musters up one of the loudest, most obnoxious Screeches he can: it rips across the field, causing a shattering pain in the eardrums off all who hear it. Needless to say, Karma is interrupted from his Rain Dance. The clouds remain, but the water inside them stays there.
Karma scowls and nurses his ears momentarily before glaring at Inforgo, who is in turn chuckling arrogantly. Inforgo stops abruptly, though, and summons an orb of electricity to surround his fist. He dashes at the Kecleon, but his journey is interrupted by a sudden burst of water - powerful enough without rain to boost it. It pushes him back, bringing a halt to his electrified assault as well as leaving him slightly dazed.
This dazed state makes Inforgo a perfect target for Karma's next move. The Kecleon, focusing his aura once more, takes on a slight blue glow. His eyes burst open, casting a similarly eerie blue light on the field, and suddenly Inforgo finds himself unable to move. He flails, trying to get to Karma so he can Cross Chop the hell outta him, but to no avail. However, Karma, not being a natural Psychic (not to mention his hurting ears!), has to end the attack prematurely, unceremoniously dropping Inforgo to the ground.

With Karma in less pain than Inforgo, he manages to muster the energy to strike first. He waves his claws around in the air and focuses his energy inwards: at his command, a series of faint electrical rings appear from his body and float gently across the arena. (-3% EN Karma) They strike the unaware Inforgo, who was preparing an attack of his own. The Thunder Wave doesn't seem to have any ill effects on Inforgo at the moment (although he does feel a bit slower), and he continues with his maneuver: the Magmar releases a brilliant burst of light from his body, sending the entire stadium briefly into blindness and severely disorienting Karma. (-3% EN Inforgo)
Karma scowls and shakes his head. He manages to stave off the disorientation long enough to remember his command: the Kecleon opens his mouth wide and summons a huge jet of wtare glowing a mysterious shade of blue. Inforgo sneers and adopts a defensive stance, awaiting the familiar protective shield... but it doesn't arrive. Now realizing the effect of the Thunder Wave, Inforgo groans as his muscles lock up, leaving him completely unable to dodge the Water Pulse. (-11% HP Inforgo, -6% EN Karma)
Inforgo sighs as his muscles soften once more, leaving him able to move. He swivels his head towards the Kecleon opposite him... and beholds an interesting sight. Karma, apparently in the course of summoning another Water Pulse, has managed to bite his own tongue, completely distracting him from his attack and causing mild damage. (-3% HP Karma, -1% EN Karma) Inforgo decides to take the opportunity before his muscles freeze again. He dashes across the stage as fast as his body will allow, his arms outstretched: upon reaching Karma, Inforgo viciously assults the Keclon across the face with a series of brutally efficient judo-chops. (-13% HP Karma, -8% EN Inforgo)

With both Pokemon fairly incapacitated, this match could go either way. Karma, the confused one, strikes a pose and glares at Inforgo, who in turn glares back. Karma begins to spin his arms and generate electricity, but soon, his mind begins to wander... without to focus to sustain it, the electricity building up in Karma's body dissipates through the nearest route to the ground it can find... which is unfortunately Karma himself. (-3% HP + EN Karma) This leaves the semi-paralyzed Inforgo with ample opportunity to complete his command. The Magmar begins to glow blue, and soon, Karma begins to glow a similar color. Before he has time to panic, however, Karma is slammed hard into the ground. (-10% HP Karma, -8% EN Inforgo)
Karma then slowly pulls himself to his feet. He crouches down, his commands contingent on what Inforgo does next. However... Inforgo seems to be frozen stiff. His muscles locked up, Inforgo has no recourse but to stand there as Karma, an evil grin on his face, opens his mouth wide and let loose a gushing blast of water. The Water Pulse barrels through Inforgo, and he topples over. The Magmar's muscles relenquish control to him a moment too late, and he stumbles back up, soaking wet. (-11% HP Inforgo, -6% EN Karma)
Inforgo then slowly begins to prepare an orb of electricity around his fist, his speed seriously hampered by the paralysis. Karma smirks and prepares his counter-attack: he closes his eyes and mentally accesses the power of the earth lying dormant deep inside of him. Several rock-shaped bundles of energy appear around him, but at the last moment, Karma loses his focus again and the rocks retract into his body. Violently. (-3% HP + EN Karma) This leaves Inforgo free to trundle over to his foe and give him an open-palm slap across the face with his electrified hand. (-8% HP Karma, -6% EN Inforgo)

Karma seems determined to make up for his relative failure last round. He strikes a pose and begins to meditate, becoming in tune with the elements... his goal: to contact the elements of ice and wind in order to create a chilling blast of cold air. However, unfortunately, his attention wanders and the icy attack backfires. (-3% HP + EN Karma) However, the cold manages to snap Karma out of his confused state. Inforgo, meanwhile, takes the opportunity to relax, recovering a little bit of energy. (+5% EN Inforgo)
Karma, now confident in his abilites to attack and not screw up, opens his mouth wide and spits up a powerful jet of glowing water. (-6% EN Karma) The attack flies straight at Inforgo, who breaks through his paralysis just in time. He summons a protective orange barrier that dissolves into his skin, rendering him entirely invulnerable for the next few seconds. Fortunately, that's all he needs, as the water attack bounces off of his invincible hide. (-7% EN Inforgo)
Karma then scowls as he remembers the highlights of the battle thus far. Memories of his confusion - hurting himself, tripping over his own feet, biting his tongue... it's all together too much to bear. And it was all the fault of Inforgo... With both Pokemon starting to look tired, it's easy to see that this particular matchup will be over soon. Karma, sensing that Inforgo is about to make a move, begins to focus his latent psychic powers. A dull blue glow wraps around him and, moments later, also around Inforgo. The blue aura prevents Inforgo from moving, but that wasn't a problem anyway - his muscles have locked up completely. Karma, sensing no resistance from his foe, drops the Disable, freeing Inforgo. (-4% EN Karma)
Karma then opens his mouth, deciding to take a more aggressive stance. He spits out gallons of glowing blue water and aims them directly at Inforgo; the Magmar, in turn, is moving towards Karma, although slower than he would like. He braces himself against the Water Pulse (-10% Inforgo, -6% EN Karma) and continues to charge at his foe. Upon reaching Karma, Inforgo rages against him with the power of his paralysis: it doesn't sound too impressive on paper, but it certainly hurts Karma. (-10% HP Karma, -6% Inforgo)
Karma stumbles back but holds fast: he performs an encore of his previous move, once again drenching Inforgo with a powerful blast of water. (-10% HP Inforgo, -6% EN Karma) Inforgo also does a repeat: he slams into Karma again, his attack powered up by his paralysis. (-10% HP Karma, -7% EN Inforgo)

Karma gets this round off to a quick start by charging his body with electricity. Before Inforgo can react, the Kecleon fires off a large bolt of lightning into the sky. A brief moment passes, during which time, Inforgo begins to prepare his attack, but before he can finish, the Shock Wave descends down from the heavens and strikes him precisely. Inforgo stumbles back, sizzling slightly. (-6 HP Inforgo, -5% EN Karma) However, Inforgo quickly bounces back, coughing up a sickly cloud of thick black smoke that separates the two Pokemon, keeping both from seeing the other. (-3% EN Inforgo)
Karma scowls and takes a wary step back. He summons yet another torrent of water, the element proving to be the bane of Inforgo's existance this battle, and fires it off blindly. The water blasts away through the billowing smoke, blasting some of it away, and Karma cups his ear in order to hear any telltale signs of impact. Karma, however, is disappointed by the sound of silence. (-6% EN Karma) However, some of the smoke has dissipated, and Karma can faintly see the outlines of... 5 different Magmars? Karma rubs his eyes, thinking he must be hallucinating. (-4% EN Inforgo)
With his trainer's blessing, Karma decides to unleash a bit of randomness into the match. he waggles his fingers back and forth... back and forth... back and forth... Suddenly, something in his brain clicks - more specifically, in the part of his brain governing Psychic attacks. Karma moves forward a little and opens his mouth almost as if possessed: from his open maw jets forth a ring of yellow energy. It fluctuates in size and shape wildly as it flies through the smokescreen, taking the better part of the smog with it, and the Psywave flies straight into one of the five Magmars waiting. As soon as the attack lands, four of the Magmars disappear. (-7% HP Inforgo, -5% EN Karma) Inforgo grins, despite the fact that he's just about down and out: the removal of the smokescreen has given him the opportunity to strike with what may very well be his last attack. He spits up a large stream of fire and sends it straight at Karma, charring him fairly well. (-10% HP Karma, -6% EN Inforgo)
