Ayeun fidgets around for a moment, before confidently releasing a pink fuzzball of a Pokemon to combat the sleek icy quadruped Mike summoned to try and clinch his Gym win. Frost looked up at Cotton, and noticed that the Jumpluff was shimmering slightly.

No matter. She'd only add it it . A healthy beam of Ice shot up in a second, and clipped Cotton's top clean backwards, causing her to tumble vertically. Cotton managed to stop and run down the air toward Frost, singing and laughing all the way about how Frost couldn't get up here cause she's a heavy assed Iceball.

Frost...really didn't know how to take that.

Ticked, Frost went for the jugular....of a cicad tree. She tore into the bough nearest to her and shook her head, trying to rip it clean off. Cotton stayed back, that looked painful. In lieu of this dangerous Glaceon's tirade, Cotton fired off a light attack that served to throw the icy one off kilter a bit.

Frost turned her gaze toward the pink flier, and howled. That nuisance had to go. Winds began to whip up, but Cotton was ready. As the Blizzard hit this Gym for the umpteenth time, a barrier flew up to protect against its ravaging power.

Within the safety of her bubble for now, Cotton knew this fight was gonna be a hard one.

Being confused is not what Frost wants right now, as she stumble about teh GYM. She manages to be struck in the face with an attack, but doesn't know if she's coming or going.

Pleased that the ice mon does not have an immediate advantage, Cotton goes for a second liberal sporing. These Spores take hold and are absorbed. This leaves the Glaceon with a new dilemma, paralysis. But does Frost, care? Na. She's just playing in the pond now.

Well, since it was going so well, why not another Confusion! Cotton lets a second one rip, and this one strikes Frost and tilts her into the water! Bubbles come up for a few seconds, followed by a tonnage of ice and sharp winds. Craaaaaap! Cotton is tossed about in the current, feeling the pain in every pore of her fluffy body.

There was no way she could take another one of those.

Cotton shakes the shivers off, and launches itself skyward, as Frost stares at his quarry. The paralysis has sunk into her muscles, stiffening her up for a good minute.

Frost was still encumbered as Cotton came careening down onto her head. Bouncing off the icy Pokemon, Cotton began wafting up into the air, pumping furiously to get away from the ice that could come from its jaws.

None came though, that paralysis was damned good.

Cot: -3E ~~ Fro: -8H par

Frost growled, but managed to get free of the paralysis long enough to fire off a blast of wind right at Cotton. Cotton shivered under the chill, but managed to drain her opponent of some health.

It seems all is well here as Cotton continues to train her foe dry. That paralysis is really holding on, but will it be enough to stop her. Frost stares blankly, seemingly taking the pain as it comes

Cotton manages to get another suction going, and Frost lets it happen. Once finished, Cotton eagerly sets up for a third, when the winds begin to shift. They're starting to chill, and she doesn't like that. Turning her full attention toward Frost, she's met with a deadly sight. A Blizzard surrounding the beast. It grows in magnitude, with the Glaceon at its center, eyes glossed over while in this trance. Forst merely walks over to Cotton, who's paralyzed by the cold and by the fear of imminent powerlessness. After a few minutes of this Blizzard sphere, it dissipates and Cotton is on the ground, Frost just staring at her.

Tournament style, Best out of 5 (subject to negotiation). Each team uses 1v1, and fight until one is defeated. The victor records a point, and both send out fresh combatants for the next round. This continues until the first team have 5 wins. Draws count as 0, so the match may go more than 9 combatants each. Pokemon that are recalled may not be used again in the gym.

Drool slithers around as she's called out. Ay grins, having a idea or two up her sleeve. But Mike, Mike whips out a Porygon to counter that Victreebel. The speedy Victreebel meets her match as Mastermind seems to be able to outspeed even her!

To deter this, Drool fires off a slew of Toxic in the air. Mastermind blasts through it, firing an Ice Beam to smack Drool down. Droll shakes off the chill, but is quite pissed off already. (-1)

Drool decides its time to try something new, courtesy of Ayay having the foresight to update her skillset >p. Leaves littered though this icy-devastated garden are tossed up and whirled around Mastermind, even as the mechanical beast throws a mental battalion to combat this. Droll groans, all these hits were hurting pretty bad. (-1)

Droll stretched and flapped her top leaf as Mastermind called upon a Blizzard once again-in the midst of a Leaf Tornado with increased vigor. This Gym really needs Allstate for Blizzard insurance. Well in the aftermath of the strike, Drool is on the ground, and Mastermind is just running Ad-Aware.... (-1)

Drool currently felt there had to be some secret to her foe's power. So, as the Porygon beeped over to an oddly close resemblance to her likeness, and subsequently froze it over with a nasty blizzard, Drool made a misty air that seems to deplete the speed it was receiving from the sunlight. (-2)

Wow, Mastermind really was slowed down. As it blipped along, Drool used its amazing advantage now to fling a few vines over it and knot them up real good. Mastermind felt its body then go on a nasty whirlwind of slams and crashes. That did not stop it from releasing a Blizzard that haphazardly hit, since Mastermind was facing inward from the vines (-2)

Damnit! Shaking off the chill thanks to the warmth, the Victreebel kept up the crashing and slamming and utter demolition of the rock garden in the Gym with Mastermind's digital body.(-2) Once released, Mastermind tried to orient itself and fire off a Ice beam that sailed wide left. Drool sighed, glad that missed for now.

Having the advantage in the sun now, Droll hastily quivered in place. Her body produced a bounty of spores and she splayed them into the air, right for Mastermind to enjoy. They covered the Pokemon, even as a second Ice Beam came careening for Drool's heart.(-3) It connected, and Droll wilted a tad. Close...but not quite.

Bad time to go to sleep, honestly. Mastermind was grabbed once again and swung around like a party favor. Only this party was "Bash its head into every hard object" party.(-3) Mastermind though-stayed asleep through it all.

More bashing, more breaking more collisions. Once Droll grew weary of beating the living sense out of Mastermind, she released him again. Mastermind spun around, trying to reorient its internal compass. A shift here, and beep and a buzz there, some weird 404 error, and then the bot was back online!(-3)

Drool looked up, and groaned. Why did it have to wake up! She braced for a blow....that never came! The Psychic waves missed, flying right above her. Scary. Mastermid hadn't fixed his quadrant angle aiming system yet..

I think Mike may have let this battle drag on too long. Drool regroups and quickly spits up what seems to be a deal breaker for the mechanical beast. As the Sludge Bomb nears its target, Mastermind...vanishes? (-4). Perplexed, Drool looks around, before a critical red, white and blue streak sears past her, giving a nice scar across her belly! Vic trembles a tiny bit, before falling over.
