You can use Google Maps or something similar to find out. Just enter your latitude but on the other hemisphere, then 180 minus your longitude, also on the other hemisphere.
For me, it's the Yellow Sea, about a third of the way from China to South Korea. The coordinates of the opposite spot to where I am are: 34.625 N 121.49405 E.

It's very intriguing to find out! Ylivieksa is 24.532 N 64.0734 E and the opposite of that is 24.532 S 115.9266 W, in the middle of Southeast Pacific Ocean. The nearest islands seem to be Pitcalrn Islands in the west of there.
