oh I'm not claiming to have it the worst, as you definitely take the cake in that category. I don't think I've ever seen a single fantasy team plagued by such mishap as your own

lawl, we both underachieved this week. You just got screwed by DJax. What exactly did our trade end up being anyway? I need to know if I should feel guilty or not :x

Trade: Matt Forte & Jared Cook for DeSean Jackson & Nate Washington. (Effectively D-Jax for Forte)

A horrible, horrible trade that I have suffered from, though my reasons seemed slightly sound at the time. My star WR Kenny Britt had just been put on IR, and at the time, I was stacked at running back, because Jahvid Best and Mike Tolbert were putting in some solid games, and I had Steven Jackson waiting to come back from injury.

Forte had just turned in a game worth two points, so I took the risk. The very next week, he put up 200 yards, if I'm not mistaken.

First rule of fantasy football: NEVER TRADE A RUNNING BACK FOR ANYTHING THAT IS NOT A RUNNING BACK. Savvy move though bro, I applaud that and the plucking of AJ.

My call for championship game: Tigers vs. Camels. Cougars and Raiders for the consolation game.

Wasn't that last year's championship game?

Also I feel bad for how the trade ultimately turned out, but I think I can confidently say we both felt it was a fair trade at the time. DJax is normally much more productive, and Washington is the #1 WR in Tennessee so he gets lots of targets.

thanks to the titan raiders for picking up michael bush, not using him, and let 30 points go to waste.

Well if it makes y'all feel better, karma is taking it to me in my other leagues. I am in four total, and my success in this league is matched equally by my being screwed in another. I am about to be 2-8 in two of my other leagues, and 6-4 in the third. I'll also cry if Finley has another one of his 3 TD performances tonight -_-

Though not as bad as what happened to you with Peyton and Charles, I can legitimately place some blame on the injury bug for this skid. I've had significant injuries strike Kenny Britt, Andre Johnson, Jahvid Best, Steven Jackson and Matt Schaub. It's hard to put a competitive team on the field when they're not even playing.

    Drew Brees :x

EDIT: kain can still make the playoffs if he wins the next 2 games and Pikachus, capo, and Cas lose. Would be a p. cool underdog story!

nobody has clinched a playoff spot yet, wow. guess anything is possible! I have a tough couple of matchups to end the season, hope I can get in.

Also next year can we reduce the passing TD points for QBs? I feel like they are massively overpowered this season.

    1) add PPR
    2) Reduce pass TDs to 4 pts
    3) ditch WR3 and add WR/RB or W/R/T

    My suggestions

Id agree with the 'WR/RB' slot. A couple of times id have preffered to just sub in an RB into the WR spot and vice-versa to cover Byes instead of having to get a whole new guy. In another League im in theres also a WR/TE Slot so you can plug in a TE instead of a WR in an emergency.

Other than that, all i want is a season where i dont come up against everyone on their hot weeks. I have the second highest offence in the league, but im only at .500 because ive also got the second worst defence due to the fact everyone seems to hit me with their A game lol.

Hear ya. That was me last year (and the first half of this year) and it's annoying. I almost missed the playoffs last year with the highest PF, remember?

Its down to this week. My team have proved this year that when theyre hot theyre capable of smoking anyone. But theyre also capable of epically shitting the bed.

This week should show how i stand vs another big scorer, then the Playoffs await and its Knockout Football all the way!
