Granted, nothing can physically harm you but you can still recieve mental harm. This mental harm occurs as a result of your girlfriend dumping you, which causes you to try to commit suicide. Since you are invicnible, you can't die so you end up going insane and get locked up in a mental hospital for the rest of your life.
