I will however be switching out my Venusaur and replacing it with my Nidoking.

First Round of the Tournament!



THEME: Water Slide!

Your Pokemon will all be dumped onto a water slide. Yes, the entire battle, you'll be speeding along down an infinity long luge of water-that has many random loops and curls an connective tubes and its just a crazy awesome water park.. While blasting down the waterslide-Fire attacks are 1/4th as effective (because of the torrential amount of water always splashing around...>D). When a Pokemon is defeated, they will be dropped out of the tube and sent to the humongous water pool over to the right. No worries, Fire, Rock and Ground Pokemon do not incur damage from being hit by constant water.


Now GO! All battles must have a [T] next to them and must be posted in the B&T section Good luck! The person who's name is on top of the pair bracket will send out first. So, Since MLG fights CEB, MLG sends out first.

Banned Moves for the WHOLE TOURNAMENT: Non Damaging healing Moves, Reversal Moves (Counter, Mirror Coat, Bide, Metal Burst, Recover), Toxic.

Banned Moves for this round: Any physical move that needs external factors to work (eg Rock Slide..)

Earthquake can be used, but you then switch to a different tube system, rather than causing damage.

The Arena for Round 2 is---Aztec Ruins!

Simple and straightforward, your team will battle another team on these crumbling ruins. There are no hidden traps persay, but if you cause enough collateral damage to the arena, the bridge you are on will crumble beneath your feet and you will land in a tar pit. You can attack from the tar pit, but you will be stuck in the pit until freed. And before you ask....

No the tar pit does not zap health.
No the tar pit does not smother you.
No the tar pit does not burn you.
No you can't dig in and out of the tar pit.

Banned for this round: None aside from the standard Tourney Banned moves.
