It's been over two days and since you haven't asked i'll post the info.

I rolled a 1 @_@, so twins. The first eevee will be a male shiny eevee with a purple glow. He will know Tackle, Tail Whip, Helping Hand and Rest as the bred on move that he gets from Nuka. The second eevee will also be a male shiny eevee with a purple glow. He will know Tackle, Tail Whip, Helping Hand and Rest as the bred on move that he gets from Nuka. Both eevees will have run away as their trait.

Do You have to have two pokemon to breed or do you supply a mate?

If you have two compatible Pokémon you wish to breed together then you can breed them, yes; you can also take a look at the PMBC site- Pokémon listed there are available to breed anytime (unless of course they are already breeding, but then you can just wait until they're finished) either with one of your Pokémon or with another from the site. If you wish to breed with something that's not on the site then you need to ask their trainer's permission first.

Adopted Pokémon can only breed with other adopted Pokémon, though and vice versa.

I hope that answers your question (it was worded slightly weirdly ^_^).
