Gastly/Europe/1/Throw Master Ball (It says that on the first page under the different kinds of special balls. If I can't use it, then I'll use a Hyper Ball.)

Now, if Gastly has thawed:

Gastly/Europe/1/Sleep Powder (Until it falls asleep) (Then follow suit with either a Master Ball, and if I can't use it, Hyper Ball.)

Launching a master ball, it hits the frozen Gastly and sucks him in. Within a minute, the ball stops shaking, which indicates you caught the Pokemon:

Gastly at Level 7 (Male)
Stats and Attacks to Level 7
Breeded Move of Choice
Holding: 2 CCPs
Trait: Levitate
