You boldly ask the question again, and the Garchomp near the nest plum ignores the eggs, and the request. Mainly because of the giant steel snake glaring them down. Steelix roars and bashes one of the Steelix with its iron dome. It backs up, an the second jumps in with a fiery bite. Rhydom roars and trumpets into the quarrel now.

You shrug, thinking this may not be the nest thing to jump into, and quickly scoop up your Pokemon. You then scatter up the now much steeper path and don't stop for few more switchbacks. The path gets shorter now, and the weather gets unfavorably chillier.

This high up, you look down and can see for miles. On this particular landing, you note a Luxray. She's merely sitting there, lazily noting the scuffle 5 levels below.

You hold your breath and run, Nutri following as fast as she could. Lucky for her Grumpus was there to pick her up and speed ahead. You all head west, and dive behind a few tombstones when you think you're far enough. Sure enough Skuntank goes barreling past. Whew!

You climb to your feet and your Pokemon look around. You see a crypt a few meters to the north, atop a small hill. There is a wider section of the graveyard westward from here.

A small rock shivers, and you note its not a rock, but a feeding Larvitar. Suddenly a pair of spindly arms shoot down to try and whisk it away! Whoa Drifloon! But Larvitar laughs and sits still, knowing Drifloon isn't THAT strong.

You grow weary, noting the lack of Pokemon you seek. But how to get to Ivy Lake. You sigh, realizing its going to be a long hike down. But you luck out. You notice the Steelix coming up the side of the mountain. The Luxray moves a bit as the massive snake thunders up the side of the mountain, and turns to loop back down. You grab Booster and Big Show, before jumping atop its back.

It doesn't take the snake long to take you over the mountain and on its other side, only 2 switchbacks from the bottom. You hop off, glad for that free ride, and look around. To your luck, there's a signpost.

Tranquil shores, sounds awesome. You set your guys down and off you march, away from the mountain. Its not too bad a hike from the rugged mountain path, and you notice that the vegetation changes from hardy shrubs to thinner plants, to hardly anything at all. Soon, sparse setting of sand take over, and you can feel an ocean breeze.

Booster runs over and instantly begins playing with the 3 Trapinch in a circle he spots. Big Show claps and points up, as you see a Wingull lazily fly overhead. Its headed toward the wide open sea...

You rush after, excited. Grumpus grabs Nutri as you dart after. The Absol notices you and takes off again, losing you after you run up the second hill. But yu hear its howl a distance away, so there's still hope.

Grumpus dashes in front of you though, to stop you. A look around notes you've wandered into an older part off the Graveyard haphazardly. Open graves lie here, as are larger Pokemon, like the Kadabra mulling around to your left, or the Drapion glaring at you a few feet away.

Duskulls float by looking for trouble..

You warily back away from teh Drapion as Grumpus grabs Nutri. You all split, and Drapion faux chases. You guys speed up and traverse another hill before things go dark! You regain your footing and look to see you ran right into an open grave. Creepy. Grumpus and Nutri look down at you and then back away, You look behind you, to see you fell on a Dusclops!

The Absol's howl is closer, but then Nutri falls in the hole, and Dusclops is getting irritated. Grumpus snarls and jumps over the open grave to confront the Nuzleaf that kicked her.

Battle time! You quickly delegate and try to get out the whole, as Nutri spins, letting off a cavalcade of spores in the grave. Dusclops gets in a Shadow Punch to Nutri, but Grumpus is already back in and scoops Nutri out. The Nuzleaf is standing there, struck dumb by Grumpus speedy hit, and you three are off after that Absol.

After a good run, you catch sight of it! Its heading toward a pair of dead willow trees. Oddlty enough, a Rotom floats by.

You wonder why this guy just doesn't hurry up and come over, when suddenly a dark shadow swoops down and takes Nutrigrow in its clutches! Its a Hungry Honckrow, and Absol takes off with it! AH! They're thieves in choots!

Grumpus however, chase afterwards and manages to gain enough ground to successfully tag Absol with a Swift. The canine stops and Nutrigrow does a sit up, in order to have her tiny hands strike the muzzle of the beast. Absol looks sodwn at its prey and puts her down finally.

You approach, and its mouth starts to tinge with fire....Man this guy was violent. A pair of Gastly watch this turn of events and move in closer, as does a...weird purple rock?

Firing another flamethrower Riff-Raff hits the Probopass who is knocked back into a nearby cave wall. It finally gets up and slams its body into Riff-Raff throwing him back as well. Getting back to his feet Riff-Raff opens his mouth and releases another load of flames which wash over the Probopass's body. Thinking that it is about time to finish this up you throw your great ball at the Probopass.

It is engulfed by the red light and the ball drops to the ground.

You turn away from the woods, settling for a more intimate area. You walk for a bit, until you reach a soft area of land. A head of you is a sizeable pond, with a fishing rod or two lying near it. You make your way through the reeds growing pondsize and cop a squat on a nearby tree stump. The ground squishes under your Pokemon's toes and they love it.

A Shellder is startled by you guys and dives in the water. As you sit a Furret jumps on the stool for a moment and stand up on its hind legs to look at you. Bold Furret.

Nutri takes point, fixing her luau attire. Stinky doggie gonna get it. She divides into clones and glares at the wolfish animal. It howls and spits the fire, but the clone vanishes. Nutri takes the opening and dashes in, uppercutting its belleh.

Absol grunts in pain, but Grumpus shows no remorse for his fellow dark type. Instead, he moves over to spot the pup-Whoa it jumped 2 feet over here. That IS weird. Grabbing a twig, Grumpus dashes over and skids to a stop. The Purple rock wiggles, and Grumpus thwackitythwacks it twice.

It wriggles and jumps closer, WTF IS THIS THING! One eye opens and Grumps immediately jumps back. Rocks don't have eyes.

But Pupitars do.

Meanwhile Nutrigrow avoids being slashed by the pup, but she's down to one clone, No matter. A maelstrom of dead (but sharp) leave erupts from Absol's underside and envelop him in a storm of shrubbery. When it ends, the dog is dazed, and Nutri is quite tired.
