Then, snickering, Tangela releases a cloud of Sleep Powder! Whaaat? All of a sudden, you and your Pokemon become weak and drowsy as the life and energy is sapped from you. Before you know it, your eyelids grow as heavy as giant weights and it's all you can do not... to...

Zzz.

When you come to minutes later, you and your Pokemon share groggy expressions. You realize your Great Ball and your Pokeball have been stolen! You see tracks leading off into the trees. Those guys weren't hurt at all! They were just playing you!

You approach the Metapod and ask him if he saw a Tangela and a Grotle walk by here. The buggy says something in reply and, though you don't speak Metapod, Raff helps translate by gesturing to you.

He's saying he'll tell you... but first, you must first answer his riddles three!

Metapod then begins chortling. Okay, he was joking.

He then says ... you must first bring him a SHRUBBERY!

He then starts chortling again. Who knew cocoons were such comedians?

Metapod then flicks his eyes northward. The ground starts getting rockier in that direction, so it makes sense that the thieves wouldn't have left tracks had they gone that way.

Smiling, you hand Metapod a nutritious apple from your backpack. Yummers! When he evolves into something with a mouth, I'm sure he's going to go to town on it. Moving on, you and your Pokemon follow the rocky path. Where could those tricksters have gone to?

Eventually, the path takes you to a stone wall that rises some fifty feet from the ground. Surely they didn't climb all the way up there, though, did they? You look around. You see a few Burmys and Silcoons lodged into the stone as well as several nooks that could perhaps be homing a certain Tangela and Grotle. Further down the rock wall, you see some shrubs flowering at the base... hrm, perhaps they could be hiding in one of those? Maybe?

And just beyond those shrubs, you see a pair of metal doors embedded in the rock wall that stick out like a sore thumb. Uh... weird?

You turn and see the Bayleef still running a ways down the lake. Ahh Ivy Lake, with all its complexities. From here Booster and Big Show see some shadowes of underwater beings, but nothing more.

You however, catch sight of a rather cute Azumarill. It bobs up for a bit and then dips back in. Big Show jumps back as he pokes a lily pad, only to find out its a Lotad.
