You and Chris head the only other way, through a fairly narrow tunnel. There are a series of mystical shiny gems embedded in the walls, and the tunnel forks into a series of separate passages. A Staraptor is bumming around the tunnel's entrance. It has an extremely white coat of fur, probably due to living in the series of caves back here. It continues waddling around until it spots you, and zips into the far left passage. You can see a Combusken in the middle cave, and a horde of Rattata running along the right passage.

You walk over to the the gems and examine them. Pretty, but nothing of use in the Pokemon world. Then, you spot something twinkling to the right. A skeleton is embedded into the cave's wall, and in his bony grasp is a dusty Pokeball. Not much, but hey, he won't need it anymore! You yoink it away and stuff it in your pocket, proceeding down the left tunnel. It seems to stretch down quite a bit. There is another Gastrodon creeping along the wall, and a Swinub is digging around for grubs a few feet ahead of you.

Chidori is feeling plenty happy with the pain she just caused the Leafeon. He is just lying on the ground, moaning. She grins and hears he trainers orders to use psychic. This pleases her and she lifts up the prone fox. He squeaks and starts to struggle but it is useless. Chidori starts flinging him around with her mind, crashing him through the bushes and against trees. He yelps and shrieks with every slam and when she finally let's him go he drops to ground, whimpering. She smiles and he glares at her with utter hatred. He weakly gets to his feet and wobbles as he stands. He takes a deep breath and then starts to jog at Xhidori, he slowly gains speed till he is running at a good clip. He snarls as he leaps at Chidori and chomps down right on her face. She shrieks and starts to try and shake him loose but he is kicking, scratching, biting, anything to cause her pain. He is one very pissed of Leafeon.

When he is finally flung loose he skids and rolls to a stop. He slowly gets to his feet, still has mad as before, but starting to pant in weariness. You step forwards and he looks at you and snarls as you enlarge the Great Ball. You throw it at him while he is leaping to try and avoid it. You get a lucky shot and it smacks into his tail. He is in mid leap as he gets sucked into the ball. It rattles and shakes as it hits the ground; he is not giving in without a fight. Finally it stops moving and a few seconds later a ding is heard. Congrats! You have caught the Leafeon!

Banned Moves: Earthquake (won't work to well in sand or it will break the boat), Giga Impact (you also might very well break the boat), and anything involving rocks, as they are a hundred feet down.

Arena: Tranquil Shores

A small cove-style beach. There are lots of ocean pokemon to be found here, as well as Fire types enjoying the sun. Some ground types can also be found.

While Chidori takes a breather, Hao stomps to the centre of the deck and roars long and loud at the sky. An odd tone is issuing from his throat and the storm stops, almost seeming to listen to Hao. Then, the winds pick up again, but the wind is dissipating the clouds and within a few minutes, the storm is all but gone. You watch as a wind tossed Pidgey(with a marker ring on his leg) dives down and grabs the Great Ball, heading off into the distance for the Safari Office.

While Alf turns the boat around you grab your rod and toss it out. Chidori is appreciating her break and Hao is crashed on the deck, snoring lightly. Just as your starting to make out details on the shore again, something gives a good yank on your reel. You struggle to real it in; it is not going to just come obligingly to the surface. As Alf slows his boat as he starts to reach the shallows, you pull the Pokémon to the surface. You see it's a Lanturn! He is screeching at you angrily but that doesn't distract you from staring at him in amazement. He's purple!

While you stare at him a Fearow lands on the beach, ready to take you to Feihzi Outpost if you wish.

Well now Atlas watches the Drifloon as the little guy floats there, huffing. Finally the little Pokémon takes a deep breath, greatly inflating his balloon body. As he breathes out a light blue mist comes pouring out with a light hiss. Atlas doesn't like this reducing visibility and zips into the world between. He finds the 'loon with ease here and he slams the little body, sending him spinning off into the haze.

As he looks around hopelessly for the Drifloon, a horrible smell reaches his nose, apparently that Skuntank from earlier has come wandering by. He waits, unable to see, and not wanting to hit the Pokémon by accident. As the smell fades he listens and he can hear what appears to be the Drifloon chanting to himself, along with a Lavitar calling for his fellows. Atlas tries to zero in on the Drofloon and he rushes through the fog, but trips on a tombstone and falls, kissing turf.

Atlas slowly gets up and looks around; he sees nothing in the mess of light blue haze all around him. He sighs and tries listening but all he gets is a weird pop sound. He frowns but can't get a fix on where it came from other then somewhere to his right. He turns and summons up a mysterious energy deep inside. A light green series of orbs goes spinning off into the mist, but he hears no sounds. He stomps the ground, annoyed.

Ok then Atlas. Lets start off with Sunny Day. Hopefully that'll help clear the bothersome fog. If it clears enough for you to find that thing, use a Stone Edge to knock that subsitute into next week, followed by another Faint Attack. If the fog isn't clear, then 2 Faint Attacks, since you seem to be able to locate him better that way.

The Haze is slowly moving around the field and Atlas is very annoyed by it. He can't tell a tombstone from the Drifloon! He turns to the sky and chants. Lacking the sun (as it's setting} the moon's light grows and illuminates the entire field. The Haze isn't dispelled but the light penetrates through it better and he can distinguish between shapes with better accuracy. He can now see the Drifloon who is currently surrounded in a white translucent shield.

The Drifloon turns and sees Atlas, slightly annoyed that the bug can now see him fairly easily in turn. He isn't a great difficulty however as Atlas is not looking at him, but his Sub. He calmly watches Atlas rush up to the Sub and smash it around. The Sub, while badly damaged, is not destroyed however. The Drifloon then picks up the big bug with his mind and starts to throw him around against various objects. He bounces against trees and tombs, and a shriek is heard, as a Golbat has to madly bank out of the way to avoid Atlas.

The Golbat thankfully realizes that Atlas in not the one to blame. He turns and dives on the Drifloon and whacks his Sub, totally destroying it. Satisfied, he flies off, grumbling to himself as the Drifloon shakes one of his string like fists after him. Atlas, groaning, gets up and sees the real Drifloon, his back currently turned as he is cursing the Golbat. He takes this easy chance and slips into shadow 'not quite here' state and slams him. The Drifloon spirals off before finally stopping himself by crashing into a tree. He turns, really pissed off and looks between Atlas and the ruined remains of his Sub. He gets a bright idea and floats over to it. With quick precision he reassembles it and turns it to face Atlas, who once again thinks it's the real Drifloon.

Leafeon is in great pain with the long cuts down his back from Hao. He just stands there trying to get his bearings back, but Hao is not letting him of that easy. He spews out his trademark attack once more. The Leafeon looks up and has a look of utter defeat, as he knows he just can't get out of the way. The flames wash over him and he screams in pain. Before it even fully finishes however, the Leafeon is striking back. A beam of pure white light is streaking for Hao and he gets slammed right in the head. He crashes over backwards, dizzy and quite out of sorts for the moment.

A very angry Leafeon emerges from the flames and he snarls at the addled Charizard. Hao is trying to get the image of the Eeveelution to resolve into one and not three. Leafeon then starts too glow and then a brilliant white light flashes outward and it really doesn't matter to Hao that Leafeon is now three and he can't see a thing for the Flash. He shakes his head to no avail and stumbles forward for where he sort of remembers the Leafeon was last. He slices, but gets nothing up air. The leafeon is pleased with this and smirks.

He turns again and gropes around mindlessly as he tries to find the fox to toss him around. The Leafeon however just calmly walks over to some rocks, kicks one high into the air and then sends it flying with another kicks for Hao. He is hit in the stomach with the attack and grunts.

Well this just won't do. Silencer steps forward and returns his blundering about Charizard. A rather sad site that, a great dragon walking into trees . . . Silencer sighs and motions for Chidori to step up. She does and the Leafeon looks to this new opponent and immediately makes his move. He runs up to the Electabuzz and leaps. Whirling in mid air he turns and whacks his glowing tail into Chidori's head. She yelps and grabs her head, looking very dazed.

Leafeon doesn't stop there; he immediately goes into very aggravating moves and poses, calling Chidori all sorts of things. He snarls and then immediately goes back to mocking, anything to get her 'roaring mad'. It works, and she starts cussing and yelling at him, absolutely furious. She stomps forward and just starts punching, kicking anything to shut the infuriating creature up and hurt him greatly.

The Leafeon is hurt and very angry with Chidori. He isn't quite thinking straight himself anymore and leaps up from is bruised and battered position on the forest floor, and crashes into the looming Chidori. He is glowing white a little, but because he isn't inflicted with a status condition, he doesn't do a huge amount of damage. Chidori has been knocked somewhat to her senses though, and she freezes her fist and smashes it into the Leafeon side. He yelps and is sent rolling away.

You press onwards through the tunnel. It is very dark, and you see a few more Shellos inching along the walls. Eventually, the tunnel turns pitch black. Chris rummages through his backpack and pulls out a Lantern. You continue down to the end of the tunnel, and you suddenly feel a deep chill run down your spine. The cold air seems to be coming from a passage to your left that winds around a sharp corner. There is also a hole on the ceiling of the little chamber, that seems to go straight up for a while. You could also go straight.

Sie softly lands and conserves his energy as he watches the tri-magnet. The Magneton takes this free chance and throws a lightening bolt that crashes into the drac’s body with minimal damage.

Shrugging off the tendrils of electricity, Sie leaps again for Magneton and bites down with fiery fangs that sink in deep, leaving impressions. Sie tosses it away and roars at his foe and it retaliates by charging a heavy silver ball from its core. Raising a bit higher Megneton drops the steel orb on Sie’s face.

Growling, your dragon lunges with another flaming bite but Megneton is ready and darts into the sky with its Magnet Rise ability, narrowly escaping the heat…

You cut loose the Lanturn and he hurriedly swims back out to the depths. You then turn to Alf and thank him for the lift and fishing rods. He nods and you disembark returning Chidori and Hao. You wave as he heads back out to sea before turning to the Fearow. You clamber aboard and he powers himself up and into the sky.

Thankfully the ride is very short, as the landing area for the Feizhi Outpost is just inland. You pat the Fearow and thank him, before releasing your two partners once again. You traverse forward into the thick jungle peering around.

Before long the leaves rustle above you head and you see a Venomoth watching you carefully, ready to send a shimmering dangerous dust down any second. The leaves rustle at your feet and you leap aside as a Seviper and Ekans roll by, attacking each other. The Ekans is just managing to slither out of reach of the huge fangs by simply being smaller then his foe.

The Venomoth has had enough of this and flies off, a Treecko taking her place. She watches the battle from a safe distance, as a Paras comes out from the bushes beneath her, wondering just what is going on. A Tangela appears beside him, he is also curious.

The two combatants suddenly stop and just circle each other hissing, and you soon find out why. A Toxicroak hops in over the bushes, sizing the two Pokémon up. She then looks at you and her eyes glance to your Charizard and Electabuzz, evaluating them.

You back away slowly, your head lowered and you motion for your two Pokémon to do the same. Chidori has no problem but Hao has some difficulty submitting to the Toxicroak. You kick him and he reluctantly backs away. The 'croak looks smug and turns to the two snakes, as you turn away you see he takes on the Seviper and the Ekans slithers away.

You wander further, fighting your way through the thick foliage. A sweet scent fills your nose and you head over to see where it is coming from. A Carnivine is hanging down from a branch, her mouth wide open. You can just see a Venonat wandering through the bushes and trees. She is also headed toward the scent.

Suddenly the scent fades and a clean un-humid air fills your lungs. You look around for what caused the sudden change and see, a Leafeon not five feet from you. He is just sitting there watching the Carnivine and Venonat. He flicks a glance in your direction but otherwise pays you no mind.

A thick and heavy jungle where the best of explorers will find a thousand and one bugs. That's not to mention the abundant Poison types and several Grass types too. The sun is very hot.

Hao is very eager for a fight and stomps up to his place with enthusiasm. He fills his great draconic lungs and as breaths out it combines with an explosive liquid to burst into flame and stream for the Leafeon. He turns his head just in time to see the flame engulf him. He shrieks in pain and outrage.

This of course promptly scares off the Venonat and the Carnivine hurriedly moves to a new area to try and get dinner. Just as the flames stop a flurry of sharp leaves detach themselves from the Leafeon and fly for Hao. They imbed themselves in his skin, or slice it but it hardly does anything to the Fire and Flying type.

Hao then breathes in but this time as he breathes out, the makes it zoom out with great speed. The flames this time are bright blue they are so hot. The Leafeon is breathing hard but this time his eyes are on Hao and he leaps out of the way before the flames can hit him. He turns on a paw and sprints at Hao. He leaps and slams into the great Dragon's belly, causing the air to rush out, along with some flame by accident. The Leafeon leaps off the stunned Charizard, his shoulder bruised but well worth it.

Hao angrily gets to his feet and purposely flaps his wings so that as he gets airborne the Leafeon is in his backwash and is blown over. The Leafeon yells at him, but then a smug expression comes over his face. He sits and rustles his leafy appendages softly and whistles in a very soothing tone. Hao listens but his concentration on flying prevents the attack from taking any real effect. When he reaches the apex of his climb he dives, right through a 'karp-load of trees. This is a jungle after all. Meanwhile the Leafeon tries to scrabble out of the way but its to late, trees or no, Hao rakes him across his back with all four of his taloned limbs. The Leafeon cries out and skids to a stop, shaking in pain.

Winden Sie Drachen goes airborne in pursuit of the highly levitated Magneton. Sie rushes up and shoots an ‘X’ paterned Fireblast forwards. Magenton releases a wide stream of electricity, that hits Sie. Sie has electricity running through his body now, but the Fireblast does its job and hits Magneton frontal.

Then, Magneton wants revenge. Sie whips up a Twister, but Magneton doesn’t have to much issues with it, being a heavy steel type. He fires off a Tri Attack into Sie. Sie was shot backwards and the paralyze kicks in. He falls down, but gets his stuff together just before hitting the ground, luckily.

Magneton comes closer and tries to attack again, but the recovered Salamence jumps up and crashes down again, making the ground move in a horrible way, hurting Magneton badly.

Magneton surrounds himself with electricity again and zaps Sie away, before floating up again. Sie flies up again and uses Flamethrower, making Magneton dive back down on to the ground. Then Sie lets his body fall down for another Earthquake, crushing Magneton, before he’s struck by paralyze again and another Thunderbolt.
