    OK, correct me if I'm wrong, but Mew can learn every TM, correct? Then how does Attract work, if it has no gender?

    Default Attract Mew ?

    Mew can learn Attract, but being genderless, nothing will happen when it uses it. It would simply say something like "Mew used Attract" and then "But it failed!"
