Chimchar was my first thought and I stick with it. Mankey of course would make sense too but with that odd looking snout he has he always seemed like monkey-pig hybrid to me.

In case you're all forgetting, Mankeys suck.

Aipom fits the traits the best. True, he sucks too, but he looks more like a monkey than Mankey.

As do I- in fact, all the monkey Pokemon piss me off, expect Mankey. But they do have suckage. They should be stronger.
