uh... i need help

i just started on this website but i dont understand. how do you get those cool pictures underneth your name when you post and how do you get more pokeballs next to your name. i am a noob but please help

Your amount of Pokeballs increases with your total amount of posts.

Yes, Magmar's right; the number of Pokeballs under your name increases as you reach certain post amounts. Unless it's changed without me noticing, you get another Pokeball at each of these post amounts: 250, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000, and 10000. However, staff members (forum moderators, global moderators, and administrators) each have a title under their name instead, regardless of how many posts they have.
