MSN, even though more people use AIM. For some reason, AIM nearly destroyed my parents' computer, and that's not easily forgivable, especially when I spent many months trying to (and eventually succeeding in) proving that I wasn't the one who got on AIM when the firewall was busted. Not to mention all the work I did to restore the thing while proving my innocence.
