Uhm... I recently found the theme song for the Japanese Pokemon series. Noticing that it was a different song than the English and French series theme songs, I looked up the lyrics...
...and was a bit...surprised.

Seriously, who would search for a pokemon *there*?! XD The only one that comes to mind is Grimer from Team Rocket expansion... =/

I always thought that was a little out of place... you know, all the main characters and then that random nameless girl. o.o (She didn't have a name, did she? I haven't seen that opening sequence in years)

I'd forgotten about that! Yeah, she did run under the generic lass's legs... It all makes sense now!

Then again, why was that line in there twice? I only remember Pikachu doing that once in the intro... Oh, wait, we got the abridged opening theme. All hail 4Kids.

It's typical of the japanese though. The sick stuff they do like watch hentai and stuff. I mean it's disgusting. They try and put so much perverted stuff into everything. That grimer card just rpoves my point even more. I don't wanna know how some of them think

The Japanese never cease to amaze me with thier weirdness.

On a side note, I noticed that site also had an ad for a dating site featuring a scantily clad blonde. Kind of reminds me of back when TPM used to have porn ads

(which wasn't Kevin's fault BTW)

But anyway, yeah, this is very Japanese. For those of you who know anime, think about Love Hina and all the stuff with Shinobu (and Kaolla, but there wasn't as much). For that matter, just think of anyone in Cardcaptor Sakura.

Yeah. Scary, isn't it?
