Granted. Alcohol loses it's purpose, causing everyone to resort to "recreational drugs." (Don't know why they call them that, since they don't seem very fun to me--->) Millions die from OD while tens of millions become addicted to them, causing them to waste their lives in pusuit of the drug.

Sadly, the world is unchanged. (Ok, not funny, but true. and what I believe would happen)
