Spamming up .cgi

Alright, in my school we kind off have a little war going on in our class.

After a while, our class got mixed around and we don't like the people that joined us (bunch of freaks that just sit behind their computers all day and have normal convercations where they use the words noob, lol,...)

Now we have found their forum and they are saying some mean things (calling one of my friends a goat, pasting our faces on adult scenes). Now we want to take revenge by spamming up their boards so they have to take it down. Any tips on how to achieve this quickly (an aid program perhaps)?
