I choose Zack, My shiny Nidorino.

Zack, start off quick with Toxic Spikes to throw Vanz off, than hit him with a Water pulse, finish with a Sludge Bomb. However, is Charmander uses Double Team, use Shockwave instead.

Vanz, start with a Swords Dance to keep the spikes away, then use protect to stop the Water Pulse. Finally, use Dragon Ruch to hit him hard.
