Leftovers, berries and metal coat; These are a few examples of items that are held by wild pokemons. Leftcovers can be found and held by Snorlax while Metal Coat which is essential in evolving Scyther to Dark Scizor can be found with Steelix.
As such, I had quite a number of items that I need to get in order to complete my Pokedex. Does anyone know where can I get Dragon Scale, King's Rock and Focus Band? Better still, does anyone have a website that has all the list of items held by various Pokemons?

Oh thanks for that list, Jeff. Incidentally do you know of any item that ups the percentage of your first attack being succesful?
