Hmm...I spy, with my little eye, a 3x Ice weakness. I suppose it's good that you have two other members that resist it, but 3x weaknesses in any form—especially to a popular attack type like Ice—can be deal-breaking.

Definitely listen to what Pory has mentioned.

Togekiss: Hmm...I dunno if Togekiss learns Agility or not, but if it does, I would say replace it over Roost. You don't need a Healing move on a BPer cause they stat up and then switch out to your main attackers. If Agility is not possible, I guess keep it as is.

Mismagius: Works. Maybe Thunder Wave over Will-O-Wisp.

Infernape: You shouldn't make a Pokemon a Mixed Sweeper, ESPECIALLY in D/P. With the addition of Physical and Special moves, you can only go one way or the other. If you try both, you lose out on putting EVs in more important areas. You put all your EVs in Sp. Atk and Atk. Now, he has no Speed to boot, and with his Def and Sp. Def a lot of Pokemon are going to quickly take him out because of his lack of Speed and being able to move first. Since you have your Special and Physical sweeper, I would probably recommend taking him out for someone else

Salamence: Fine, maybe Aerial Ace for Earthquake, but up to you

    Milotic: Also good, keep it

Roserade: Seems OK, but I'm not great with Clerics and/or Spikers
