Round 8

The Sandstorm rages, and its funny. In a Pictochat stage, its all black pixels XD. It reminds me of an Etch-A-Sketch being erased.

In any event, Cranidos, with his newfound strength, dashed over to the top of the stairs, and made a mighty leap for the platform. He could had made it, if Vincent didn't run over to the edge and jabbed him as his feet barely scraped the side. Cranidos fell backwards (lil top heavy and all), and suddenly backflipped.

Natural prowess of skill with that top heavy head allowed Cranidos to flip and rocket forward, in order to deliver some Payback!

Rocked backwards by that tackle, Vincent watches as Cranidos scrambles onto the platform. Setting himself for a standard ramming position, Cranidos locks his head in place, paces his left foot twice, and charges. With head down, Cran didn't see Vincent punch his head (which hurt alot more than Vincent was expecting-and as such he just barreled forward, SMASHING Vincent off the platform.

Cranidos watches Smeargle flip over and away..and roars in delight, as the Pictochat arena is now no more! (Man I had some ideas for this too. Maybe it'll be back >D) Vincent is out-and once Blade releases, we'll have ourselves a new arena!

*Fiddles with doohickeys* Ahh, and the perfect stage comes into view. Cranidos is mystically lifted to a high platform, while Pokey is left to stand on a low one...

as they are bearing witness to the majestic castle of Hyrule! Lush green lawns face them, under high rocks walls! Cranidos seems to approve, as the walls are sturdy, but maybe his hard head can smash them..

Pokey dosen't mind either, the grass gives him some cover-as well as the fact he's on that tiny island at the very bottom of the stage..teeheehee

Round 9

The Sandstorm rages, throughout the Hyrule kingdom, leaving Pokey a bit upset. Not to mention he has to climb up to where that Cranidos is at. As Cranidos seems to wipe himself off on a nearby pillar of Stone, Polishing his Rocky hide, a barrage of seeds find their way onto his legs.

Pokey pops up from underneath, and already makes a charge, hands out and loaded!

Miffed about the seeds, Cranidos begins to sprint away. Much faster than your average Cranny, Pokey watches as it makes it way up to a third higher platform. Between the apex of its leap to that last platform though, Pokey "cocked" his arm, and began firing Seeds at the airborne pachycephalosaur through the ebbing storm!!!!

Cranidos didn't fret, and began maneuvering in the air gracefully, evading the Bomb like Seeds that exploded around him. His aerial Dance seemed to give him some form of energy until the last seeds blew up right on his head, knocking him down back to level ground with Pokey.

Upset that the plant was smashing him AND that the Sandstorm had ended, Cranidos began to throw Powerful blasts of Rock at Pokey, imbued with Ancient growls. The attack threw Pokey back, but he fired back with a mystical Ball of Energy that shot straight through and SMASHED Cranidos all the way to the very bottom platform.

Round 10

With Pokey out for him to see clearly, Cranidos dashes over, head locked and loaded. Intent on slowing the newly speedy beast down, Pokey began to skip in a circle. Holding his arm as if it were a flute, the spines upon it acted as released vents for the forced air to Whistle out from.What an odd Grass move.

While the Whistle serenaded the air...and put my aids to sleep, A deafening Screech spilled into the auditory systems of all, shocking them well and good, and giving Pokey a spur in his mouth. Ow.

Almost tripping over those stupid vines on his feet, Cranidos resumed his charge, reaching Pokey and barely missing hiim. Pokey sidestepped fortunately, and held his arms out. Spores of white began to form from his spines, and. began flying in Cranidos direction.

Unknowing of the cloudy fate about to befall him-Cranidos whipped around, mouth full of fire. So full in fact, he had to release it! The mighty stream of fire, seared through the Spores of Cotton, and blasted into Pokey face first, leaving him with a burnt upper..face.

Cotton napalm fell upon Hyrule now, as Cranidos backed up. Pokey seems to be in pain, but he's not out of the match yet.

This ancient knucklehead was pissing him off. Pokey quickly grabbed some grass and created a mask to cover his burn. Cranidos found this to be funny, and broke into hysterics.

Upset over this situation, Pokey ran to Cranidos and swung at him, the little dinosaur deftly dodging the first hit. He wasn't ready for the second, as it smashed into him chest first, throwing him back and breaking through a rock pillar! Dizzy, Cranidos stood, and shook his head.

Pokey watched the little dinosaur resume standing, and dash back over, his small arms glowing as well. Pokey sidestepped to avoid the dinosaur, but Cranidos had that number down. Jumping at the last second, Pokey was introduced to a sideswiping Hammer Arm delivered at formidable speed. He flew skyward, smashing into the top platform!

Some health was robbed and given back to Pokey, only to be lost. (2%/3%) Cranidos began breathing heavily, he felt indescribably slow right now.

Round 10

Boy are the heavy hits flying! Pokey begins to peel himself out of the ground when a surge of Fire erupts from Cranidos, headed straight for that part of land! Flames engulf the area, and by the time Cranidos stops, it smells like the underside of Malibu, California.

But, ironically, no burnt Pokey was to be seen. Cranidos trotted over, looking up at that platform, to suddenly spy gleaming yellow eyes appear from his left, A swift Attack left Cranidos on his side, how did Pokey escape that!

Seeing his opening again to possibly return this creature back to history, Pokey leapt atop of the wriggling Cranidos (who's mouth was glowing blue), and aimed for a double fisted Hammer like attack atop his opponents dome! All would have succeeded if Cranidos didn't fire off a tremendous urgent blast of Icy power that pushed Pokey back!Undaunted, Pokey slammed his hands through the Ice Beam, still connecting with Cranidos, but not at full strength.

Cranidos wobbled back. Sure he was a top notch fighter, but he was still little. Those kinda hits wore on him bad. Focusing his energies to try and conjure up a storm to leave the competition blinded, he felt the last of his energies slip away...by some devilish means.

Pokey was swift to siphon the last of Cranidos's strength with a toned down Giga Drain.

Pokey, let's finish this thing off fast. Use a combination of Double Team and Teeter Dance to really screw with its head, and then slam it with a Focus Blast.

Round 11

For the eleventh round, we sure are hurtling through these teams. No sooner does Cran go down, Magby pops up! And in no time at all, Pokey's all over it, getting weak in the knees at teh sight of the terribly cyuute Fire Type.

Magby takes no chances and fires off that Confuse ray damned fast, Pokey trying to finish its Double Team portion before it strikes. But the ray hits, leaving the Drunk ninja to..continue on, splitting into 4!. Their dance becomes so elegant, so Teeteringly intricate that Magby is confused as to how not one of the 4 Cacturne has fallen yet.

Both Confused

With both on the verge of total lunacy, Pokey begins formulating a mass of energy. Magby tries the same, however, since he's still a baby, it seems he hasn't got the hang of his Fire power yet. Only Smoke comes out, and it comes out hard. Cacturne idly charges, even as the smoke begins to blot out the sun....

4 shining lights can be seen-as Pokey finished charging up his Focus Blast. But where was that darned small little Pokemon! He needed no answer, as a few twinges of light could be seen, before the fumes lit on Fire! He instantly fired his Blast at the initial sparking point..as the SmokeScreen turned into a Inferno of a blast itself, launching him into rivulets of flame.

Across the field, the Focus Blast rang-soared and Scored its hit upon Magby, albiet too late for Pokey's liking, as he was damn sure on fire.

Strange, seeing the smoke die down, and watching Pokey hacking up what seems to be the results of lung cancer. Its all over his hands, man, gross. Magby though, dosen't seem to notice, he's busy over in a corner poking an ember. That..kinda sucks cause he just got rained on with a healthy heaping of Toxic stuff.

That..pisses the little baby off and all of a sudden, he isin't confused anymore. Pokey begins to back away, however, he begins goading the little guy, throwing out wisps of ghostly energy as he does so. Magby is so enraged, that he screams and dives for the crazy Cacturne. Little hands Chop repeatedly, but Pokey stays just one step ahead.

Weird, seemed like Pokey was trying to Bond with Magby there. OH! Magby got him! Right across the face!

Pokey laughed in a sadistic manner as he fell upon his back. Magby stood atop his latest kill-and then teetered over himself. What ..it wasn't his Destiny to fall today! Nooooo!

Round 13

With both new competitors out and the issues commanded, the match resumes. Skiers shoot down the alternate side of the Summit as Doopliss immediately takes one quick look at Sneasel, before shutting his eyes...

and getting hit across its gooey body. Shocked he was hit, Doopliss looks up, to see Sneasel standing over him, tongue out. Ditto flinched, slightly in shock

Shaking off the shock, Doopliss took a second hit just as fast. Sneasel races across Doopliss's body with a massive strike of Dark energy, Pulsing hard enough to cut into the Summit partially. Doopliss slide down the mountain a bit, barely holding on to a platform. However, it was not a Ditto that climbed back ont the main platform, but a Sneasel, ready to rumble.

Finally ready to attack for once, Doopliss lunged for the true Sneasel, fist ready to Break Sneasel's back. Sneasel raised his hands to block, but the hit connected, knocking the wind out of him. That was fine, as Sneasel jumped to the higher platform, before surging down upon the imposter, shadows from the abyss following.

Shadows came from what seemed to be everywhere, biting and clawing at the smaller Pokemon. The shadows though grew larger, representing the larger forces on UC's team. In all, 17 shadows each landed a pretty hit upon the Pokemon.

Yeah. Doopliss got Beat Up.

Ok then, well since its so effective, start with a Brick Break, mix it up with a Swords Dance and hit with another Brick Break.

Yes, because Beat Up is a Dark attack. And Dark Pokemon can resist Dark attacks.

Doopliss, use Counter. Double the damage, double the fun. Then finish the fucker off with a Metal Claw.

If Counter doesn't do double damage, use Brick Break after that. Either way, finish the round with... Eh... Let's be creative. Use X-scissor.

Yeah UC. Beat Up seems effective, but only when its against someone weak to it. Being resistant to it, greatly weakens it. I mean, it would have hit for 53 or something like that had Sneasel not had any resistance to Dark attacks.

Brick Break on the other hand, yeah having a 4x weakness sucks alot.

Round 14

The Summit commands hailstorms! No not really. but I'm sick of watching the Ice Climbers right now as they scuttle over this things. UC's Sneasel is aggravated about that last attack, and dashes in close to the imposter.

Since this thing now carries his weaknesses, he shows no fear in smashing the Ditto's face with a Brick Break. Doopliss flies back...but manages to snag Sneasel's lanky arm. Sneasel watches with pure fear as Doopliss -with an amber sheen, flings Sneasel in a wide arc, utterly countering that hit. Sneasel sails off the Summit, smashing into the cold mountain with a jarring force.

Stunned, Sneasel burrowed his head out of the snow. That faker was going to pay. Doopliss jumped off the platform as well, and began running up the Summit. As they reached striking distance of each other, Doopliss gained a metallic hue-and swung!, only to have Sneasel jump over the strike! Doopliss raised the speed, and began swiping his Metal-like claws at Sneasel but the lithe fights Danced around them, always dodging the blows as if they were Swords!

Doopliss backed off, as Sneasel snickers, feeing his power rise.

The color on Doopliss mimicked claws turned from silver to green, and he wasn't taking a miss for an answer now atop this crazy Summit. Snow flurried around the two as Doopliss's X-Scissor went for the heart. Sneasel tried to evade, but Doopliss read his motion this time, and scored a searing slash across his back.

Sneasel sprang forward from the hit, tackling Doopliss and jamming his fist into the mimicker's chest, hoping to Break the spell of Transformation Doopliss had undergone. It did feel like a sack of Bricks to Doopliss, whom lied there, stunned.


As Sneasel backed away, the top of the Summit began to break away. Running for the platform safety, Sneasel barely made it before the Summit slid off. Doopliss reverted back to Ditto form, and could be seen sliding down toward the ocean, where he would now be buried at seam atop the Iceberg, Sneasel watched from safety...was this their next stage?

*Unfortunately no, Counter no do dual damage. Lucky for UC. And that's the first time in a while a moved missed. Lastly, less damage seemed to be taken for Brick break due to Counter helping to ease the blow. (Yah its one point but still..)

Round 15

With a plop, Sneasel and Porcuop now land within the rosy fields of the Island of Yoshi's! Smiling flowers and grassy knolls don't seem to suit these two, but heck, its funny and I wanna see it!

Sneasel jumps around a bit, glad to be on thicker ground. But before he knows it, his feet are knocked from under him as Porcupo releases Electrical Waves from her quills.Shocked, Sneasel roars in disgust, calling upon an Avalanche of Ice that seems to have followed from the last level, to crash upon Porcupo.

After being drowned under tonnage of ice bricks, Porcupo shivers out.

Porc: -6E/-12H ==///== Sneasel: -9E/-7H

Porcupo didn't like this little weasel, and so fired off a small series of Pulsating water blasts at the creature. However, Porcupo was struck with another icy blast, as Sneasel wasted no time in launching an Ice Beam at her. Porcupo flipped up, realizing her own attack was frozen and shattered in pieces all around her. That was disappointing.

Porc: -5E/-5H ==///== Sneasel: -8E

Not again. Sneasel knew that he had to wittle this Nidorina down as fast as possible. However, a second Wave of voltage came to encumber Sneasel, and he fell to his knees in pain.

Ice still balled in his hand, Sneasel fired a second Ice Beam, hitting Porcupo's left side. the Poison type growled at the chill, but noted this one was a bit weaker than the last. That was great !

How did Porc take damage from that first Ice Beam when it just froze her attack?

She shot it at an incoming Ice Beam. The beam didn't cancel.

However...no more sipping while posting. That's way too much damage-she'd still get hit, just not for full damage. My bad.
