It’s hard to believe that Atripe could only be a duskull and causing this big of an issue for Mew Master’s dinosaurs. Intent on sending the ghost Pokemon back to the underworld is floated out of, MM calls upon his last Pokemon. The red beam is just starting to materialize the dinosaur when her trainer bellows his orders: “RAVAGE!” Atripe is suddenly feeling particularly fearful when a very angry, very powerful Rampardos charges down the dock. And promptly grabs the ghost and chomps down. Atripe howls in pain, as the crunch does serious damage and then he’s thrown to the ground. But the monster doesn’t stop there, she stomps, kicks, punches, bites, claws, and slashes the ghost type as much as she can. Wherever that anger is coming from, it just keeps coming. Until finally, Tarasque decides she’s had enough. With as much force as she can, she flings Atripe out into the ocean, letting out a mighty roar as she does so (30 DMG @ Atripe, 12 ENG @ Tarasque). Tarasque, in her anger, has lost touch with reality, becoming confused.

Atripe waits, and slowly rises out of the ocean, hovering there. The ghost type reaches out again, the beam stretches across the distance between the dinosaur and the ancient spirit. It’s faint, but it connects. Mew Master watches in horror as Tarasque begins to groan and shiver, like Ziz, she has fallen prey to Atripe’s nasty little trick. Suddenly, the battlefield is even once again (44 DMG @ [i]Tarasque, 44 HLH @ Atripe, 10 ENG @ Atripe). That pain that Tarasque feels seems to bring her back into reality, and anger her.

Atripe, now with fresh ghostly energy in his system, decides to toy with his next victim. His eyes glow a deep, hypnotic red and he stares down at Tarasque, who, despite being relatively angry with the ghost type, ignores him (3 ENG @ Atripe). She instead, begins to focus all her energy, concentrating it. One hit, that’s all she’ll need to knock that ghost back to hell if she gets it right (4 ENG @ Tarasque).

Atripe, realizing that the confuse ray didn’t work, decides to wear his energy. He moves forward, and watches Tarasque stand up to her full height. She raises her head to the sky and lets out an ear-shattering roar! Atripe stops dead, to scared to budge. He watches as the dinosaur looks at him and then lets out the full power of her vocal chords. The roar is deafening and DarkestLight is forced to watch his formidable ghost type run to the far end of the dock (3 ENG @ Tarasque, 3 ENG @ Atripe).

Tarasque smirks, Atripe has halted his attack. To frightened to do anything against the giant now stomping towards him. He has to do SOMETHING. That scary thing is going to tear him apart if he doesn’t! Atripe panics, not thinking of the consequences he charges up an aqua beam and fires it towards the monster now only three meters away! The ice flies down the aqua beam and slams into Tarasque (15 DMG @ Tarasque, 5 ENG @ Atripe). Tarasque smirks, the damage was hurtful yes, but as her teeth, claws, and eyes glow black, the damage Atripe is about to get will be horrific. She charges, and bites down on her target. The ghost screeches horrible, and finds himself being tossed towards the ground before kicked down the dock again [CRIT. HIT] (39 DMG @ Atripe, 7 ENG @ Tarasque).

Atripe groans, and wanders away from Tarasque, still frightened.

Tarasque, wasting no time, charges. She has much more energy than that damn ghost does, and uses it to her advantage. Atripe runs, he moves as fast as he can away from the beast, trying to get to the water. Tarasque roars and sudden brings her head crashing down on the ghost (11 DMG @ Atripe, 3 ENG @ Tarasque)! Atripe recovers using his ghostly powers he summons up a very faint, black energy bond in between the two (4 ENG @ Atripe). Still, he moves back, trying to get away from the animal.

Tarasque cries out again, Atripe will *never* make it to that water if she has something to say about it. She leaps over the tired Pokemon and gets in front of him, an evil gleam in her eye. The tired dinosaur reaches out and clamps down on the ghost, delivering horrendous damage (8 DMG @ Atripe, 4 ENG @ Tarasque). Atripe moans, and vanishes from eyesight. The menace of the dock has been defeated.
But that black bond suddenly turns red as its creator dies. Tarasque groans, her eyes become pale and she collapses with a bang (41 DMG @ Tarasque)
