Officers vs. Bandits
In the region of Kanto, there have been an increasing amount of Pokémon-related crimes. These have been ranging from burglary to assault, and in severe cases - murder. The local Police Academy have been having to recruit more and more students due to the amount of crimes, and are struggling to cope with the devastation these mysterious Pokémon have been causing.
The only thing that the Police Academy know about these crimes, is that they all leave a small note; an off-shade of white, with a green circle in the middle with the name "PMC" written boldly in yellow in the middle. Officer Jenny, the lead investigator into these crimes, had recently revealed that PMC stands for "Pokémon Mutation Co.", and is frantically trying to find their base.
From both sides of this story emerge heroes - trying to fight the crimes of PMC, save the reputation of the Police Academy, and to save lives. From the other comes new bandits - causing chaos, taking lives, and ruining the streets of Kanto.
