Seeing that my other battle finished I'm going to accept your challenge.

The match will be a four on four.
I ban Toxic and Rest.
The DQ is five days.
I send out first, you attack first.

Arena: The desert.

Sand as far as the eye can see. There is one big rock pillar in the middle, shaped like an obelisk. Various strange symbols are drawn in the sand, but seem to dissapear now and then. There's a four turn Sandstorm, then two turns without. Weather-moves are only usable in the two turns that the sandstorm is subdued. As soon as the two turns are over, the sandstorm is back. Earthquake is pretty ineffective due to all the sand; and the drought slightly lessens the power of water-pokemon or water-moves.

Badge

A silverwhite round stone with a sharp edge. It is according to rumors the combination of his former badge and that of his master. It consists only of pure minerals.

This is a gym match between Gym Leader MeLoVeGhOsTs and the challenger Mike Mysterio and it is taking place in the desert gym which just stretches for ages with nothing in sight. Both trainers send pokemon out onto the field MeLoVeGhOsTs with Katen the Cradily and Mike Mysterio with Aries the Camerupt. Katen gets thing started off by grabbing Aries with some long tentacles protruding from her body, picking him up and then squeezing him like a wash cloth. After being wrung out Areis falls to the ground and charges towards Katen before bashing her in the body with the force of an iron head.

Getting off the ground after being rammed by the giant magma camel, Katen starts sucking in air as if she is storing something before holding it in her mouth ready for something. Aries just piles up some stray rocks from the surrounding area and throw them towards Katen. The rocks pile around Katen like a little tomb in attempt to trap her for good.

With his opponent trapped in her rocky tomb Aries charges up a massive ball of flame within him, the volcanoes on his back begin to bubble and boil before exploding as the fire streams towards Katen blasting away her and the rocks. Katen rolls across the ground before standing up again; she takes one look at Aries and jumps into the air before coming crashing down sending shockwaves to the ground. The ripples head towards Areis and shake him around a bit but not to the effect that Katen would have liked, with that the wind begins to blow and it bring sand with it causing a massive sandstorm.

Katen shows that she doesn’t muck around by lighting up her eyes so much that they shine like a cars high beams right into the eyes of Areis who tries to close his in time but fails as the bright light confuses him. With the dazzling lights still blinding him he tries to hit Katen but instead hits himself with ones of his large hoofs.

Laughing at her opponent’s misfortune Katen takes this opportune moment to start swallowing again like she did just before and storing it in her mouth for later. Shaking his head Areis manages to gain composure again as he fires a bright silver beam at Katen which hits her and sends Katen flying across the desert.

Aries pulls his feet out of the sinking sand and blasts a fire plume of lava which hits Katen sizzling her skin giving her a deep burn.

Areis takes a quick look at Katen and charges up a large flash of light and fires the ball of energy at Katen who has dug her tentacles in the ground taking the blow. After taking the hit Katen’s skin glows a bright metallic silver and a beam just like the one Aries shot coming right back at him slamming into the left side of his body almost toppling him over.

After being shot by a light beam like his own attack Aries gets a little bit annoyed and fires another shot at Katen then laughs as she rolls back through the sandy desert. Katen just picks herself up and spits some water on some of the sand and flings the resulting mud into Areis’s face.

With the mud gunking up his eyes Aries makes a good guess on where Katen is and fires a large wave of heat towards that spot but unfortunately misses Katen completely. A loud cackle comes from Katen’s mouth at her opponent’s misfortune and picks up a load of sand forms it into a large ball and throws it at Aries the sand splattering when it made contact with the giant camel.

Katen finally decides to use all her stockpiled energy which she has been saving up for a while now and swallows it and then sighs as her whole body begins to feel better and more energised. Areis sees his opponent regaining back some of her health he becomes out raged and starts charging at Katen. Kicking up sand as he goes Areis finally makes contact with Katen flinging her into the air before falling down to the ground. As Katen hits the dirt Aries jumps up and slams into the ground creating a massive fissure in the ground which seems to go everywhere hitting Katen before closing back up again. After that little escapade Areis doesn’t seem confused anymore.

Narrowly escaping death from the fissure Katen gets back on her feet and picks up a pile of sand and throws it at Areis who doesn’t seem to happy about the whole affair. After being barraged by the sand Areis starts digging into the ground and before long his whole body is submerged in the sand tunnelling around looking for Katen.

As her opponent tunnels underground Katen desperately looks around for him and catches a glimpse of what she thinks is the camel firing another load of sand at it but is disappointed at only hitting a lone cactus. Digging through the underground Areis senses that Katen is right above him and starts digging up leaping from the whole hitting Katen on the way up. As the round ends the sandstorm starts to clear.

As Katen the tentacle monster finally goes down after putting up such a valiant fight is recalled and Kamon the Magcargo is sent out in her place. With this the sandstorm starts picking up again covering the field with sand, Logen gets in a quick hit by rushing through the sand and punching the hard shelled Kamon with a forceful punch. Kamon reacts by taking in a deep breath then releasing a thick black smoke which drifts towards Logen and gets in his eyes blinding him slightly.

As Logen stumbles around blindly and fires off a giant blast of energy towards Kamon but due to the smoke the blast goes wildly off course and soars through the air into the desert. Kamon laughs and creates four ghostly orbs of fire which float eerily towards Logen and seem to pass right through him but as they do Logen feels a deep burning sensation in his muscles.

With the burning eating away at his muscles Logen rushes in at Kamon but on his advance Kamon opens his mouth and releases a giant wave of flames which scorch Logen’s body. This doesn’t stop the metal fox much as he still continues on to punch Kamon launching the lava slug a few feet in the air before coming crashing down.

Kamon starts taking a deep breath getting ready for his next attack; Logen sees this and starts throwing rocks on top of Kamon. The rocks keep coming and Kamon releases his attack, yet due to the rocks only a fraction of the attack gets through to Logen burning him slightly.

Trapped under a pile of rocks Kamon just starts collecting some random supplies from his immediate area and sticks them in his mouth for later use. Logen takes this time to start focusing on his attack till it reached a critical moment and lunges at Kamon punching through the rocks and hitting Kamon in the face.

Feeling his attack wasn’t all it could have been Logen charges up a giant brown ball of fighting energy which he fires at Kamon. At the same time Kamon sends a bright red flame at Logen, the brown sphere passes through the flames picking up some momentum and finally hits Kamon. The flames also pass over Logen causing the burning in his body to intensify momentarily.

Shaking off the tiredness for a moment Logen rushes over to Kamon and punches the fire slug in the face then starts draining energy out of him and giving it to himself.

Once again Logen bounces over to Kamon and digs his fist into Kamon’s head then starts draining his precious energy. After he removes his fist from the head Logen starts walking away from Kamon, the red slug takes this moment of weakness and fires a stream of flames at Logen which surround him and scorch his flesh hurting him severely.

Kamon just ignores it for now and splits his image creating four copies of himself. Brennan locks onto one and fires a pile of earth into but looks down in dismay as it soars through a clone.

With the last one missing Brennan fires another large chunk of earth at the four remaining Kamon’s but once again is disappointed as it flies through another clone. Kamon lets out a smirk and lets out a yawn which floats across the field and hits Brennan making her a little tired.
