Alright you love birds, time for a lesson in tough love. The CT and I challenge you both to a Tag Team Match. You two versus us. Everyone can use 3 Pokemon as the maximum.
Battle Type: Tag-Team
Pokemon: 3 Each.
DQ: 1 Week
Arena: The top of a parking garage on Manhattan Island, cars are parked in this building. Skyscrapers on opposite sides and streets on the other. If the building is damaged or destroyed, we're teleported by Mewtwo to another part of the City, Ref's choice.
Special: You are only allowed One x2 Super Effective Move per Round. A x4 Super Effective Move means you can't any Super Effective move for two Rounds. This rule only applies to Damaging Attacks.
Abilities: On.
Team Hard Knocks will release first, and I'll go with Ziz (M, Rock Head).
After CT releases, Asi and Clown can post attacks.

Alright Bahamut, let's go.
First of all, mimic Safeguard and keep you and Ziz covered by using it. Milotic isn't the only pokemon capable of playing the white mage. Then call the sun with Sunny Day, we like it hot. Then after Ziz attacks, melt The Chariot by blasting him with a flamethrower.
Mimic (Safeguard) → Sunny Day → Flamethrower @ The Chariot
Okay Ziz, kick it off with Tailwind. Let's show them the use of speed in combat. Then Taunt them (if it only affects one, target the Chariot), so we can have some fun at their expense. Then finish it all up with Fire Fang on the Chariot. Some like it hot, but we like our food raw!

‡ Round 1 ‡
Good day, ladies and gents! Today, we find ourselves way above the bustling streets of Manhattan (ahh, you can just smell the corndogs and urban gentrification!) for the best reason ever: a battle! Today, Mew Master and Crystal Tears will be tackling the archetypal ASB couple, Asilynne and Mystic Clown, and lemme tell you, the excitement levels are higher than we are. So let’s get this underway!
Mew and CT kick things off by releasing a stony pterosaur and a big, bad dragon. Meanwhile, their combatants fire back by summoning a slender sea snake and a blue hunk of metal into the fray. The four Pogeys stare each other down all dramatic-like before launching into things.
Right off the bat, Bahamut begins gnashing his teeth dramatically. While Rainshine cowers and feels her strength begin to dissipate, The Chariot remains steadfast as he darts in toward Ziz and clobbers the Aerodactyl with his steely fist. Hurting just a tad, Ziz beats her mighty wings and lifts off into the air on a sudden Tailwind. Bahamut follows suit. As the pair circles the building, Rainshine generates a pale whitish bubble that forms itself around her and her ally. Bahamut, meanwhile, studies the barrier and, when he thinks he’s got the technique down, generates one out of nothing around his side of the field. Ooh, purdy.
Ziz: <-9 HP; -4 EP>
Bahamut: <-8 EP>
Rainshine: <-3 EP; -1 Att>
The Chariot: <-4 EP>
Now speedier than ever, Ziz peers downward at The Chariot and says that Sears is having a sale on can openers that can probably fight better than it can. Aww, how rude. Bahamut, meanwhile, slams his great orange wings together mid-flight and causes the sun to shine even brighter above this parking garage. As the heat mounts, Rainshine uses her eternal well of beauty and grace to try to entice Ziz, but the Aerodactyl remains oblivious to this attempt behind the Safeguard. Finally, The Chariot tries to execute a move but sighs in his own misanthropic pool of gloom. What’s, like, the point of trying, y’know?
Ziz: <-4 EP>
Bahamut: <-4 EP>
Rainshine: <-3 EP>
The Chariot: <Can’t move!; Tnt>
After laying a sturdy foundation… it’s booty-kicking time! As the sun blazes overhead, Ziz lands beside The Chariot. Teeth engulfed by flames, he sinks his pearly whites into the Metang. That’s for the Bullet Punch! Intent on making the little Iron Claw Pokemon’s life not-so-swell at the moment, Bahamut joins in with a crackling gout of flames. Ouch!
Watching her ally suffer so, Rainshine tries to turn the tables by Attracting Bahamut this time around, but the move generates no desired effect. Finally, The Chariot tries to act, but the memory of that nasty Taunt keeps it from moving a limb. Poor guy.

No resizing. You'll use it and you'll like it >O!
Also:
1) Tailwind affects the both in a Double Battle so Ziz and Bahamut should both have SPD +2 for as long as the effect lasts. I raise this because Rainshine has a -1 ATK but our SPD isn't mentioned.
2) Asi and Clown attacked first before this round, so it should be me and CT attacking first.
3) How long will Safeguard be active for both teams?

1) I believe Tailwind doubles the party's Speed, correct? It's not a +? kind of move; it's more like a Safeguard than an Agility, so mentioning it in the Notes should be sufficient, I think.
2) Lol.
3) Double lol.
As well, undersized sprites make the tables uneven and fugly, sooo... I will use it if you resize it, but otherwise, the generic DPP Aerodactyl sprite stays put.
but the DPP Sprite is Fuggly and doesn't' have Ziz's awesome Scar from his fight with DL's Damned Dragonair! D:

I admit that I've never played a Gen IV game so I'm not sure this is how it works, but I assumed it would be more like 130 x 2 = 260? But I might be wrong on that.
When I reff, I keep it simple to +/- just to give a general idea to how much of an advantage the stat changes have.

True, but if a Pokemon with 50 base Speed has a +4 Speed and is facing a Pokemon with a 100 base Speed that also has a +2 Speed, that doesn't give me a general idea of the sort of advantage we're talking about. (Assuming you take the Speed stat into account, which you might not.)
With Tailwind, at least, the doubling effect seems to make it more clear.
I generally don't use the Base Speed when Reffing, both PKMN are about the same speed wise, and whoever has the higher speed (Tailwind, Agility, ect) goes first until their even again.

Yeah, makes sense... but then you have to rationalize how a Slakoth is on par with a Jolteon Speed-wise, which is kinda nebulous.

But you'd never allow Electric to affect Ground in your reffing, right? So, as I see it, it's a matter of picking and choosing what you take from the anime and what you take from the games. Otherwise, Safeguard would work like Protect and Shadow Balls would be striking Meowths left and right and all sorts of craziness!

Good work Bahamut, now quickly fly up to safety using your boosted speed to a another building. There, I want you to use dragon dance and then iron defence.
If for some reason either tries a damaging ice move on you, use protect. Don't sub fly though, I want that distance.
Fly (to safety) – Dragon Dance – Iron Defence
Okay Ziz, let's follow Bahamut's lead this time. Fly up with him and be his wingman. When he uses Dragon Dance and Iron Defense, Mimic them both to give yourself an edge. If Bahamut's forced to Protect, then hit that attacker with an Ominous Wind in retaliation, and just like Bahamut, don't use up your Fly for that.

‡ Round 2 ‡
As the second round gets underway, things are looking just a little bit one-sided. Pleased with their performance so far, Ziz and Bahamut unfurl their mighty wings and begin beating them imperiously. The two Flying titans lift up into the air and, coasting upon the Tailwind, they begin making their way to a nearby building. Ooh, sneaky. Midflight, however, things get a little turbulent as Rainshine commands a vicious Twister to intercept them. Ziz and Bahamut try to resist, but the vicious eddies have them in their death-grip and the duo can’t help but spiral back down toward our humble little parking garage. Ziz crashes into the concrete while Bahamut collides with a parked Jetta. Fingers crossed that baby is insured!
Though that couldn’t have gone better for its team, the Chariot is still a little miffed not only at the Taunt but also at his subpar standing. As a result, he trudges over toward Bahamut and begins flailing his arms against the Salamence. Ahh, much better!
Ziz: <-8 HP; -5 EP>
Bahamut: <-22 HP; -5 EP>
Rainshine: <-4 EP>
The Chariot: <-8 EP>
Well, that whole Flying plan certainly didn’t pan out so well, but that doesn’t mean Ziz and Bahamut’s whole strategy is to waste! Ever the optimist, Bahamut begins spinning around in an attempt to boost her stats. Ziz follows suit and Mimics his comrade’s action, receiving the same bonuses at the cost of extra energy.
Unimpressed with this little ballet, Rainshine locks eyes with Bahamut and tries lulling the mighty Dragon into a deep sleep, but nothing happens. Hrm, it’s almost like there’s an invisible force Safeguarding him from the move’s effect. The Chariot, meanwhile, begins assaulting Ziz with yet another Frustration. However, the attack is weakened not only by Ziz’s Rocky skin but also by the fact that the first Frustration allowed him to vent the bulk of his negative energy. Even with the Dragon Dance boost, the poor Metang just doesn’t seem to have the fighting spirit this time around.
Ziz: <-3 HP; -9 EP; +1 Att; +1 Spd>
Bahamut: <-4 EP; +1 Att; +1 Spd>
Rainshine: <-3 EP>
The Chariot: <-4 EP>
Pleased at having fought off sleep, Bahamut glows silver as his mighty Dragon scales begin hardening. Once again, Ziz plays follows the leader and adds Iron Defence to his repertoire before Mimicking the action. Undaunted, Rainshine opens wide and lets out a heavy blast of... nothing. Hrm. Finally, the Chariot ends the round with a barrage of tiny luminous celestial objects that buffet away at the poor bruised Aerodactyl. Yeesh, somebody get the guy some dino Tylenol.

A question. Milotic used Twister on us both, and Salamance is Weak against Dragon, and she was then able to use a Super Effective move against Ziz? Wasn't that her one Super Effective Move for the round?

Okay, done, but that's really no excuse since Safeguard was clearly mentioned in the Notes.

Thats why I forgot about Bahamut XD I had assumed, albeit incorrectly, that the notes referred to mine and Bens pokemon ^-^()
