Shinsuke Volcano

This Volcanic Island - previously hidden away can now be seen from the shore. A massive pool of magma lies deep in its center, but one can walk down quite a ways and find a variety of Fire Types enjoying the heated tunnels. Some hardier Flying Pokemon line the edges of the Volcano as well. A tall Pagoda stands on the Island as well, the only man-made structure here.

Shinsuke Volcano

This Volcanic Island - previously hidden away can now be seen from the shore. A massive pool of magma lies deep in its center, but one can walk down quite a ways and find a variety of Fire Types enjoying the heated tunnels. Some hardier Flying Pokemon line the edges of the Volcano as well. A tall Pagoda stands on the Island as well, the only man-made structure here.

That's fine, I woulnd't send you guys in alone anyway, however for this to work I'm going to need help. Tsuki, you and I are going in. Use Psychic to create a bubble of air around us (since I didn't bring any re-breathers), we'll dive down to open that valve and drain the water.

That is some nasty ass water... Hmm.. You think we can reach it by holding our breath? Or do we even want to touch this stuff?

I'm going to touch the water, and if there's no adverse side effects sides the oil, then I'm going to take three empty water containers, make sure there's no water in there, and use them as air bags while I head down, so long as Tsuki doesn't suffer any side effects as well when we head down.
