Lightning Bug

Powers:
This demented android emits a constant electrical aura, zapping those who come in contact with it with about 200 volts of electricty. It also has incredible speed, due to the sheer amount of power within it. The static charge in its legs allows it to even run up verticle surfaces. Due to it being an android, Lightning Bug has a great deal of resiliance, even shrugging off weak attacks like nothing happened.

Bio:
A demented being created when an experimental android was struck by a vicous bolt of lightning during a test run. The shock to its system gave it sentience, along with constantly surrounding itself with dangerous electricity. However, its mind is warped by insanity, which causes the insane machine to do nothing more than to run around wrecking havoc. It's uncertain whether Lightning Bug can be reasoned with, though some believe that it's warped ramblings are in fact its attempts to speak with a damaged voice box.

Fletcher has the ability to generate and fire explosive green energy blasts from his hands. These blasts are quite powerful and can be altered to just hit a single target, or to generate enough explosive force to level an entire brick wall with ease.

Bio:
Fletcher, born into a family of science, was used as a test subject when he was a child in order to enduce super heroes in a regular human being. At first, it appeared to fail and Fletcher was deemed a failure. Now an adult, the powers he was given have now manifested. Remembering being looke down on as a failure, Fletcher has now decided to use his new abilities for his own gains. Forming a gang of punks from the back streets, the Emerald Irishman is now using his abilities for evil.

Another Day

It's another day in Megatropolis and evil is afoot. At the Megatropolis City Bank, Fletcher O'Riley and his gang of thugs are attempting to hold up the place. Meanwhile, at the Hydroelectric power plant, the demented android Lightning Bug is terrorising the workers, and people in the nearby area.

Hey, did Superbbrain bust O' Riley too bad? Of course his story hasn't ended yet, but I feel a little awkward about my plotline. Like how the ammos were reflected straight to his mens' guns without killing them. But I guess it worked out well in the end.
