    In your opinion, which is the best starter's final evolution of each type?

    Grass
    Venusaur
    Meganium
    Sceptile
    Torterra

    Fire
    Charizard
    Typhlosion
    Blaziken
    Infernape
    Emboar

    Water
    Blastoise
    Feraligatr
    Swampert
    Empoleon
    Samurott

    In my opinion it would be...
    Grass - Venusaur
    Fire - Charizard
    Water - Feraligatr/Blastoise

    The best are Sceptile, Infernape and Empoleon as far as battles concern IMO.

    I like Feraligatr and Meganium a lot, though they're not the best

    Have to say:

    Fire: Charizard. Come on, Fire/Flying starter with access to even Grass attacks to beat back those pesky Water types? How can you get any better.

    Grass: Gonna have to go with Sceptile. That speed is insane and I thought it was kinda dumb when I first saw it.

    Water: Ooo. Toughy. Though I start all my new games with Fire types, I'd have to say it's a toss up between Feraligatr and Samorott. Feraligatr because it's a beast, and Samurott because it's a Samurai Otter... How freakin cool is that?!

    Fire: Charizard
    I strongly dislike Infernape and Emboar

    Water:...water is my favorite...Water is the hardest for me to decide...I can only narrow it down to Blastoise, Feraligatr and Swampert...

    Grass: Torterra (very competitive)

    Fire: Typhlosion (IMO not the "strongest" but my favorite of the starters)

    Water: Empoleon (I'm not a fan of water Pokémon ... I use this guy most)
