Pokémon Trading Card Game fans, buckle up! The 2011 World Championships begin in San Diego, CA in just two days. The best trainers from around the globe are converging on California to compete for a slew of scholarships and Pokémon prizes. The top 32 finishers in each of the three age groups will take home something, but only the best will be crowned World Champion.

If you didn't win an invitation to the pinnacle of the Pokémon TCG, it's not too late! The Last Chance Qualifier Tournament starts Friday morning, with registration from 9-10 a.m. Seating is first-come, first-served, however, so get there early if you want to compete. Anyone reaching the top eight in this single-elimination tournament will receive an automatic bid to the main event, set to begin on Saturday -- like the name says, it's your last chance to reach the year's premier competition.

It's a long road to victory. Do you have the skills to reach the top and claim the title?
