Default Cynder vs. Perfect Chaos (ref. EraGam)

I`m looking for a battle to ref.
    2 on 2, single battle
Banned moves: Attract, Perish Song, Toxic, 1 hit KO moves (Fissure, Sheer Cold...), Rest, Pain Split
    Abilities are on.

    The ARENA
A desert, far away from civilization. The weather is sunny in the day, and very cold in the night. The sand is hot and can occasionally hurt your feet (unless you find a way to protect yourself - make the sand wet..., or you have a fire Pokemon)

    - Each 3 ROUNDS day changes into night, and the other way around.

OK Ifrit, I first want you to go curl up into a ball to avoid that nasty language from Quartz. Then proceed to roll on forward and slam into Quartz and give some good damage to her! Keep up the rolling for increased damage!

The wind is lightly blowing throwing sand in my eyes. I better clear those up since I have a battle to ref here! While there is no one to watch them, I`m still sure they will try to show off with their best. Cynder and PerfectChaos both send out their Pokemon, revealing a cute Cyndaquil and even cuter Growlithe. Looks like Cynder is once again picking on the newbies. The trainers assign the moves. Quartz jumps around like a little puppy and shakes her tail. Ifrit is amused by her, nevertheless he curls up in ball and completely cuts off his soroundings. That`s when Quartz starts to bark and howl at random sequences. Ifrit soundly stares at her rampage, but doesn`t really hear thing.
    Ifrit -1 HP, -2 PP, +1 def.
    Quartz -2 PP

Quartz whines at Ifrit for his ignorance. She looks with her big eyes, opens her mouth and.... OH MY GOD! Look at those feisty fangs! She dashes towards Ifrit with her jaws still wide open. Ifrit responds with slowly rolling on the ground, speeding up with every second. They both dash at each other creating a blast in the middle. Ifrit simply bounces backwards, still in her rollout stance, but Quartz scratches her hurt nose nervously.
    Ifrit -4 HP, -3 PP
    Quartz -7 HP, -3 PP

Once again, Ifrit turns around and launches at Quartz. She retaliates with a splendid slam, throwing Ifrit in the other way. Thought he still manages to stay in his rolled-up form.
    Ifrit -8 HP, -3 PP
    Quartz -4 HP, -4 PP

Keep on rolling Ifrit, power yourself up for a massive round of attacks!

If somehow your end stop rolling, then follow up with a Smokescreen and use Extrasensory.

If Quartz decides to start making any clones, get rid of them by using Swift

Alright Quartz, let's ninja him! xD Start off by digging a pitfall trap style hole, sped up with Agility, to trap Ifrit in when he tries to hit you with Rollout. In the same action finish with using Agility to get you out of the hole and far enough away to avoid the Smokescreen, and wait while he makes the Smokescreen. Finish up with a Howl.

    Arena = Desert

A desert, far away from civilization. The weather is sunny in the day, and very cold in the night. The sand is hot and can occasionally hurt your feet (unless you find a way to protect yourself - make the sand wet..., or you have a fire Pokemon)

Quartz leaps around and runs around chasing her tail. This seemingly useless act for Ifrit speeds up Quartz`s actions. Ifrit isn`t perfectly sure what`s happening around him and bolts towards Quartz. She however burries beneath the ground dodging the move aimed at her and quickly jumps out of the hole. Ifrit turns around and again rolls in her way. Quartz smiles as Ifrit falls into the prepared trap and as he tries to get out with a continuing rollout, the sand piles up on him.
    Ifrit -11 HP, -3 PP
    Quartz -9 PP, +2 Speed

Ifrit digs himself out of the trap and searches for his target. But Quartz is has already ran far away from him.

Quartz howls at the .... Sun? Probably something like an early greeting for the moon. Nevertheless, it boost Quartz`s confidence. Ifrit meanwhile sends a wave of psychic energy, damaging Quartz pretty badly.

Let's start off with a Dragon Rage (learns in gen 1 via TM), then use Body Slam and Aerial Ace. If it uses Rollout again, copy it with Mimic! (also gen 1 tm xD)

Ifrit, counter that Dragon Rage by stopping and sending it back with your psychic abilities then go underground to avoid that Body Slam. Counter that Aerial Ace by slamming yourself into Quartz instead

Don`t worry folks! I haven`t left you, instead I`m back and better, so let`s commence Round 3!
Quartz grins as she releases spheres of purple energy. They aim at Ifrit, but he has a plan. The cyndaquil sends another wave of purple force. It blocks out the Dragon Rage, but Ifrit can`t seem to control the psychic that well, since he`s a fire-type, and doesn`t send it back properly. Instead the purple energy bursts into tiny pieces, raining down on both the pokemon.
    Ifrit -2 HP, -5 PP
    Quartz -2 HP, -6 PP

Quartz prepares to fling itself unto Ifrit, while he starts digging his way into the ground. Quartz however, thanks to her boosted speed, hurls at Ifrit and crushes him under her light weight. Something crunches in Ifrit`s body, this is probably going to give him some trouble in the future...
Ifrit -8 HP, -4 PP, *Paralysis*
    Quartz -6 PP

Quartz`s mane glows with glory as she speeds across the field. Ifrit stiffens up his body and waits for the blow to arrive. When the pokemon are just metres away form each other, Ifrit jumps at Quartz, retaliating her earlier attack. They collide with force and both get thrown back into the hot sand.
The Sun slowly hides behind a mountain of sand and the chilly night comes along to watch the brawl.

OK Ifrit, we're in a tight spot but I know you can pull through!

I want you to try and use the powers of your environment to help see what type of attack will occur. Then follow through by unlocking your hidden power that lies dormant withing yourself. Then follow up again with your ESP to help mess with Quartz's mind

Ifrit stretches his body but as he tries to attacks, it grows stiff. Quartz ignores his attempts and burrows beneath the sandy field.

Quartz suprises Ifrit from behind and hits her with all her might. The paralysis allows Ifrit to send out blueish orbs at Quartz, which seem to be very effective.

    Quartz -10 HP, -3 PP

Quartz bolts at Ifrit with crackling electricity enveloping her puffy body. Ifrit replies with spraying a psychic wave. The Growlithe merely shakes it off and continues at Ifrit with her charged body. She hits, throws Quartz off his balance and slightly damages herself. Quartz however gets up and feels a new surge of energy!

Damn, Blaze is active... Flash fire would have been a huge help right now xD I guess I'll just go with another good old Dig, but use it to create a large network of underground tunnels with a lot of holes to the surface. The Agility boost should come in useful at this point. Then get inside the tunnels as deep as you can and use Snarl twice, using the tunnel to amplify the sound and hopefully make it more powerful.

The night is very cold, should`ve brought a sweater. Oh well...
Quartz digs bellow the ground and creates multiple tunnels throughout the fields ground. It takes a lot of energy, but she finishes on time. Ifrit curls up in a ball... is he giving up?
    Ifrit -2 PP, +1 defense
    Quartz -9 PP

Ifrit prepares to dive into the holes, but the paralysis once again takes away his action. Meanwhile Quartz gives out angry barks and the tunnels lead them all the way above ground. The sand shakes a bit and Ifrit covers up his ears. Seems like the Snarl was indeed a lot more powerful. But sand isn`t the best material for complicated structures. The tunnels collapse, leaving Quartz stuck.

Well how's that for a stroke of luck...

Let's set up our defenses a bit Ifrit and make some clones of yourself. Then I want you to pick out where Quartz is by again tapping into your ESP. Finish off by tapping into your dormant inner power again to damage her some more if she manages to pop out by then.

If she pops out early Ifrit, tap into your inner power sooner.

Double Team ~ Extrasensory ~ Hidden Power

If Quartz comes up top early, sub Hidden Power for all remaining actions.

Quartz, hurry and dig yourself out of there! Whilst it's using Double Team use the vibrations in the ground to locate it to attack it with Dig. Then once you're out use Mimic to copy the water type hidden power - but if you can't copy it as a water type then go for a Swift attack and use it to redirect the spheres of energy back at him. Rinse and repeat as neccessary!

    ROUND 6
    Arena = Desert

A desert, far away from civilization. The weather is sunny in the day, and very cold in the night. The sand is hot and can occasionally hurt your feet (unless you find a way to protect yourself - make the sand wet..., or you have a fire Pokemon)

    Team - Perfect Chaos
    +

    Cyndaquil - Ifrit M
    Blaze

    23/100 HP
    53/100 PP
    -1 Atk., +1 Sp. Def.

    41/100 PP
    +1 Atk., +2 Spd.
    "I can`t breathe!"
    Dig ~ Swift ~ Swift

Ifrit catches his breathe and splits into many eager Cyndaquils. Quartz meanwhile digs neatly bellow the ground. She surfs right beneath the opening to find a place where the sand is heavier. "Yeah right vibrations" she barks for herself, "like I`m some kind of Lucario..." She finds a nice warmer spot from Ifrit`s flame and launches from the ground like a Drillbur on fire. Ifrit falls backwards and his concentration fails him, the decoys fade quietly.
    Ifrit -10 HP, -5 PP
    Quartz -6 PP

Ifrit remembers his previous Hidden Power... water... that could work! He releases his inside power and shoots pearl-blue spheres! How beautiful! But those get bursted by Quartz`s ninja stars. They then rotate around the field and return to harshly damage the poor Cyndaquil. Still, small particles of water rain down on Quartz.
    Ifrit -7 HP, -5 PP
    Quartz -2 HP, -5 PP

Ifrit launches another series of water spheres, this time makes them a little more powerful, but the actions are repeated. However, this time the stars break when they collide.
The Sun finally peeks out and the shines out scorching rays of light
    Ifrit -7 PP
    Quartz -5 PP

Great job Quartz! Let's finish this up quickly and cleanly with Crunch, as many as are neccessary. If it uses Rollout or HP again, use Mimic instead.

Last stand here Ifrit, endure that Crunch and smack him back with a counter-move of your own, twice!

    Crunch ~ Crunch ~ Crunch

Ifrit seems to have reached his limit and "closes" his "eyes". He looks like he`s ready to receive his final hit. Quartz opens her jaws full of puppy teeth and digs into Ifrit`s delicate body. The Cyndaquil is on the verge of tears when he is released from the powerful grasp. I think... she finally got him!
    Ifrit -5 HP
    Quartz -7 PP

Quartz turns at her trainer with a victory smile. However Ifrit hasn`t given up yet. Just when Quartz flips to prepare for a incoming attack, Ifrit smacks his body with his last drop energy, dealing massive damage. Quartz shakes it off and attacks with another Crunch.
    Ifrit *fainted*

Just to be sure, Quartz bites down once again, hopefully this time the cyndaquil actually fainted.

Let's go then Quartz! Start off with a combination of Wild Charge and Reversal, then set up a Reflect to hopefully keep you standing or at least give my next Pokemon a head start.

Well they'e both one and the same (combo=combination)

Anyways, I would say take it as two actions for this round.

This time Leviathan gets to be the faster one and slams into Quartz with a watery tail. This would have killed Quartz of, if only it wasn`t so sunny. Instead, Quartz sets up a magical sphere... oh wait she doesn`t. Before she even manages to create the energy for it, she falls down, fainting.
