bit late for the spring theme but oh well
when a ref shows up I'll change the title to spring forest contest
all of this is subject to change based on what everyone thinks
since I cant ref I will be using Leo in the contest along with my joltk

You can't just create a contest, Ash, especially if you're not judging it. It's not like battling. The judge themselves has to choose the type of contest they want to host and the rules for it.

While we haven't had a contest in awhile, we haven't really been having any judges ready to volunteer either.
