BTPoke vs. Razor Leaf (Ref: DL)

I don't know why, but I really like that title.

I'm feeling rather bold (even after my latest defeat against Oslo xD), and I have already faced MLG (although that ended in a DQ), So I want another battle against one of the Veterans of ASB.

Keep in mind that the only veterans I "know of" that are regularly active besides MLG are the nominees for best Veteran from the latest ASB rewards, so that comes down to Ayeun, DL, Grey, and Razor Leaf.
If there are any other currently-active veterans I should know about, feel free to tell me (in other words, I don't know whether or not some people are Veterans xD)

So, anyway, if you folks are full on battles, or just plain don't wanna face me, then that's fine with me.


Now, for the arena.

I'm feeling an open, grassy field seems like a good Idea, although I'll add in these:
1. No weather moves. For some reason the arena won't allow those.
2. The weather itself can change over time; so at the end of every three rounds (starting at the end of the third round), there will be a 30% chance of a Sunny Day, 30% chance of Rain, 30% chance of hail, and 10% chance of a Sandstorm.

Wolfsong, Blademaster, chaos...they'd all qualify under that heading as well. Seeing who else is active...Oh for sure Mike Mysterio and Dragonis. Double Dragon bros, lol. You got alot to ch--Oh duh Mew Master too. Ultimate Charizard, hell even fp is a veteran by your terms.

YAY! A SIMPLE PLAIN GRASS KNOLL! THANK YOU RAPTORJEESUS! Uhh ok. Yes right, to the battle at hand. BTPoke, in all his wily asscrackery-thinks that he can take on the Veterans of ASB by calling them all old nincomsillypoopers.

Well, it's earned him one ass whooping so far, and RaZoR now steps up to dole out whipping numero dos. But BT may have a few tricks up his sleeve. He starts with out a graceful fighter, a Mienshao aptly named Sake. In response, RL points up, directing attention to the small dirigible floating overhead-whom will now be called Golf from here on out.

Golf-being full of hot air-finds it easy to spit out concentrated volumes of highly combustible gasses at Sake. The gas bubbles do ignite upon traveling through oxygenated air space, and find their way to a sizzling stop against an energy barrier. NOT UP IN HERE!

Sake: -6E ~~~ Golf: -3E

Sake strides over to where Golf is floating, and begins to dance under that spot. Eyes never leave the 'blim as he seems to move faster and faster in revolutions. Above, Golf seems to ignore all that is happening below, focusing on only the now.

Sake: -3E +2Atk ~~~ Golf: -3E +SpA/SpD

For such a slow moving round, the next set of actions really pick up the pace. Golf ropes his mind's tendrils down to ensnare Sake, but Sake has already moved. Vertically too, I might add. Sake's little dance ensures that his Stone Edge would not miss-and it knocks Golf off and to the right. But the Psychic hold never stopped reaching out for Sake. In rapid fashion, Sake felt the mental grip solidify around his body, and then cast him away and to the left.

Sake: -8E/-18H ~~~ Golf: -8E/-22H

Sake manages to land on his feet from that throw, and Golf twirls around slowly, seemingly none the worse for wear.

Use Protect for status inflictions. However, if they attempt a status infliction after you use protect, use Double Team.

Cast Amnesia on the Stone Edge, then make a small Substitute and use Will O Wisp so he doesn't see it coming.

Sake puts on the burners and speeds across the divide between him and Golf. His shoulder cocked, Sake jumps and dives through a strange blanketing effect cast by Golf-but manages to land that hit once more. Golf falters in flight, obviously pained by all these superstrikes.

Sake: -9E Amn (~3 rds) ~~~ Golf: -3E/-22H

Sake lands, but now seems puzzled. What was it he just did? Something with rocks, right? It was baffling, but it could wait. Golf seemed to be up to something, and that's just not acceptable. I'd be suspicious of a strange blimplike Pokemon floating there all ominous like.

I'd be even MORE wary since Golf made a Substitute out of broken balloon scraps. Sake dances around this sub, obviously oblivious.

Sake: -3E +2 Atk ~~~ Golf: -5E/-6H Sub: 6H

Golf however, does not fret. It floats backwards a bit, and once again releases a few short breaths. These breaths ignite, and the sound of fire igniting catches Sake's ears. Turning away from the clone, Sake spies the mystery fireballs, and still has a confused look on his face. He was gonna do something, but now there's fire and pain and all sorts of things wrong with this equation. (-1)

First thing, use Protect. No way am I ever going to get rid of that +4 atk.

Next off, attempt to dodge the hex (how would you do that? idk), but then use Payback.

Finally, use Calm Mind to take some of the sting from the Psychic.

Sake swings its strangely bent sleeves in a defensive posture, as Golf puffs up to what seems to be its maximum level. A flap opens on the underside of Golf and toxic air begins spewing out all over. It pushes the ground up, and seems to be laced with something inhibiting. In a show of security, Sake raises a complete bubble around itself, watching as the Dutch over Smog blows over him, and then away. Eugh. (-1)

Sake: -7E ~~~ Golf: -3E

Displeased with the blockade, Golf floats over, as Sake tries to keep a distance. Too bad Hexes need no sort of physical application. With a few wind slaps, Sake is struck with a powerful curse that sears deeper into his body thanks to the entry burn wound. (-1). But the strike fuels Sake,

His backpedaling stops, and he lunges forth. The strike slams into Golf's Sub and dismantles it for good.

Sake: -5E/-10H ~~~ Golf: -4E Sub: Boom

Yeah, that would make me mad too, silly surviving limps of Substitute fooling me. Sake whirls around to face the real Golf, only to realize its seriously right above him. Instead of showing fear, Sake stares straight into the eyes of his competitor as a strong wind blows down on him (this ghost has a serious leak...)(-1)

The match continues, with Sake once again performing that move that it forgot a while back. The strength of that move coming from Sake was more than enough to put a lesser opponent down. Golf twisted down, pained from the speed and power executed. A strange aura covered Sake again, and yet, it didn't seem to hurt.(-1)

Sake: -7E Sp lvl 1~~~ Golf: -4E/-25H

Sake groaned, shaking off the strange tired feeling it inherited. Golf took the lapse in concentration to sheath the area into a fog once more. Sake held silent and flung out its arms, holding the Smog at bay once more. (-1)

Golf is really having a tough time. Using its internal gases to speed forward, the phantom launched the air backwards. Sake crossed his arms, taken by surprise by the cutting wind.(-1). Not to be taking a back seat, the Meinfoo flung its arms up and threw as much as it could at the phantom.

Well that wasn't as good a turn out as I'd hoped.

Fly up and out of reach, then fire down some Hexes.

Oh, no you don't.

Bounce up to that glorified balloon and use Hidden Power to knock him down (I swear to god, if this hidden power is normal or fighting...)! If he's not finished off after that, use Rock Slide to send some rocks down upon him!

Sake jumped skyward, ready to claim a victory for the fighters! Golf lazily lifted upward, and continued past the elevating fighter. (-1)

Sake: -5E ~~~ Golf: -4E

Knowing that it was going to fall soon, Sake quickly fired a blast of energy skyward, to help its descent. The balloon was able to take the first blow of the blue energy, as if felt quite cooling. (-1). In retaliation, Golf fired off a new strand of Hexes that crippled the fighter and caused the descent to hasten.

Sake: -13E/-10H ~~~ Golf: -4E/-6H

Sake landed, realizing that the Bounce messed up its attack order. Golf continued the verbal curse, causing Sake that much more pain and strife.(-1)

For a fighting type, Sake sure is really pulling her punches. She opts for a Rock Slide to end that blimps existence in this match. Golf hurries and begins to swell, blowing up much like a balloon does before it bursts, and the rocks finally do some to deflate Golf's intentions.(-1)

But Golf does manage a small reduction to Sake. Some concussive force strikes Sake and pegs her down a tad. (-4)

Sake: -10E ~~~ Golf: -4H

Sake looks to the sky, and notices dark clouds building. They don't have the scent of ozone though, so they aren't rain. Instead, snow starts to fall. It takes a moment, but the snow begins to build, and then begins to freeze. Oh my, we have a Hailstorm.

Hrm, an interesting turn of events. In one swift motion, Razor recalls his felled blimp and released a very shady looking avian. Corelone looks over his weakened foe and opens both wings in a menacing manner. Sake tries to stand, but Corleone seems more than ready to deal out some damage to this Mienshao.

However, Sake suddenly feels the war bath of red light overcome its form, and instantly, its swapped out. Corelone didn't quite catch that, flying toward the newcomer with all that souped up force. Chilltastic didn't have a chance as it was smashed and clawed with a considerable amount of force. (-1)

Ch: -18H ~~~ Cor: -8E

Barely in the battle for 30 seconds and already Chill has its work cut out for it. At least there was a hailstorm, so that was nice. It shivered and today, well he felt kinda sassy. It was snowy and he felt pretty brisk, light on his feet even. (-Def, +Spd). So it was a no brainier to whip out a Blizzard and stop that bird while it was in close enough range for a Wing Attack. Chill was able to deter some of that blow with that blast of chill, and Corelone was very displeased with the sharp retaliation. (-1)

The blizzard and the hail just wasn't letting up. Corelone was miffed,and feeling a bit defeated that he didn't put the kabash on that Mienshao. So that second Blizzard really put a damper on things. (-1)

Over on the sidelines, Sake started the slow but necessary healing process (+7)
